The pool was refreshing as it was slightly cooler than other pools we used during our time away. The location was good as it was close to the beach. The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly and if you opened the patio door it shut down completely, even if you only opened it for a second. They only provided 1 key for the room which was extremely inconvenient. They skimped on little things like only having shampoo & body wash in the showers but no conditioner. They did not supply pool towels so we had to buy them. Every other hotel we stayed in supplied pool towels. The hairdryer was useless and nearly caught fire every time it was used. The kids play area was old and falling apart. An area of the pool had tape around it as it was under construction. The breakfast and dinners were over priced and hardly anyone ate at the hotel.

The location is great. Only a one minute walk to food & restaurants and a two minute walk to the beach. The pools are big and there are plenty of pool chairs. The staff are very friendly, both at the reception counter and also around the hotel. The hotel is completely full of Russian tourists. I only saw/heard two other English speaking families during our entire stay. Our room was ok, but the power surged every 5 - 10 minutes, meaning the lights flicker on and off often and the TV kept turning off because of the power surge. They really need to do something to fix this.

Decent location and rooms were clean The staff did not speak a lot of English and it was very difficult and frustrating to try and communicate with them. I witnessed other guests also struggling to communicate with staff. They also only provide 1 towel per person even if you want to use the pool, which is ridiculous. They also charged us 100 bhat for an extra cleaning of a towel that had a tiny spot of blood on it from a shaving cut. We could have washed it ourselves if we had time. Additionally they require an all cash deposit and upon checkout require a 10 minute room check, which delayed our departure to the airport for our flight. We were 3 people in a room and they only gave us 1 key - we had to put down a cash deposit in order to get a 2nd key, which is just silly.

Clean big room, friendly staff, good amenities. Close to the beach. No beach towels.

Our room was incredible – a huge, spacious suite cleverly divided by a partition into two separate rooms. This was perfect for our family, allowing the kids to have their own space while we had ours. We stayed on the ground floor with a balcony that led directly into the massive and beautiful pool. Waking up and being able to step right into the water was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere around the pool and bar area was exactly what we dreamed of for a vacation. The music playlist was fantastic and really created that perfect, relaxing holiday vibe.

I like the location of the hotel and the swimming pools were so clean. Food was very delicious and rooms were very clean. The only thing that I didn’t like that the manager was a Turkish guy and I also didn’t like that all the time Russian music was playing in the swimming pool all the time.

The hotel’s location is excellent. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. There was a Turkish gentleman, whom I believe to be the owner, who was truly outstanding. What I particularly appreciated about him was how much he genuinely cares about his guests, his staff, and his property. He is always present and attentive. I highly recommend this property. No pool or beach towels available. And towels inside the room they don’t change it unless you request it

Good pools, not sure about which dirty pools I read in other reviews. Was prepared for worse, but our pool (in front of building #6) was just fine. Clean, no one from my family were poisoned:) Good room service Great location Accepted deposit in euros Pleasant stuff Same breakfasts over & over again (At least, you won’t be hungry). Non stop loud music in the pool bar. Slides for kids were closed. Asked me to pay for check-in at 13, which were considered as early check-in… taking into account that my family arrived to the hotel at 10 am! Refused and waited until 14

Super comfy bed, nice balcony, nice pool area with restaurants and a pool bar. Massage place too was nice. Good location, close to the beach and other activities. Great hotel for couples and families. Our hotel room was in building 7 which was on the farthest side of the hotel complex, it had amazing views, but it took us pretty long time to walk back to the room every day. Breakfast was okay, could have been better.

Room size and location We have stayed 4 nights in deluxe room type and our room was not cleaned 2 days ,we went to reception to inform them but they were not caring at all! There are many COCKROACHES in the room even this was also informed to reception but they didn’t do any pest control. Phones are not working in the rooms. You can’t call reception the only way is you need to go all the way to reception desk. The reception staff is rude , they don’t try to help. All this issues was informed to them but they didn’t take any action.

Not clean rooms,pools

When I arrived the room electricity wasn't working. The blanket smelled like somebody sweated on it for days. The bed sheets were not changed in 2 days of my stay at all. Noise level is too high as the doors have gaps. The curtains had holes and in general the room was ran down.
