Was affordable for own living space Had to wait a while to be checked in

The bed is super uncomfortable. You can feel the springs of the mattress and it’s painful . I stayed for 6 nights and left the sign to clean the room multiple times only to come back to a dirty room.

Clean, simple and cost efficient spot for a stay in Kata Beach. Was a comfortable stay, far enough from the noise of the main beach area with all amenities close by. No concerns

It is very affordable and located just a few minutes walk from the beach. When I showed up to check-in, there was no staff present. I had to call them and l a staff member showed up about 5 minutes later to assist me. There were a few ants in the room also but I killed them and didn’t see anymore. Also, there is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. So if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage, I would look elsewhere.
