The property is located in the heart of Thamel. Unlike any of my previous stays in Kathmandu, this one felt truly personal. The entire team, from the reception and kitchen staff to the property owner, extended exceptional hospitality throughout my stay, ensuring every guest felt comfortable and cared for. A big shoutout to the team for consistently going above and beyond to exceed expectations. Nothing major to note as a dislike at the property. There is no elevator, which could be a challenge if you’re not comfortable climbing a few flights of stairs. However, if you’re preparing for a trek, it’s a great way to get started.

Good stay. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Two details that matter to me: room had an actual desk, not a "shelf" or coffee table posing as a desk, which I really like when I want to set up my laptop for a couple of hours. And bathroom was big and clean with excellent shower, like thirty pounds of modern stainless steel nozzles and such, very hot water, strong pressure. Hotel has good interior design, classical kathmandu brick and carved wood. Lovely. I chatted with the owner/manager (?) and he's a very decent guy.

I recently stayed at Darbar Heritage Inn in Kathmandu, and it was a great experience. The house has a beautiful heritage feel, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really liked the overall atmosphere of the place. Everything was well arranged, and the stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu. It was unexpectedly amazing stay and great value for money. The room was cosy, the team amazing and helpful. Great location for Thamel, a bit tucked away from all the noise. I would definitely come back. Everything was great, the only disadvantage is they don't have a lift in case you find it challenging to walk up the stairs, but the team helped me with carrying my luggage, so all good.

Good hotel, very friendly staff, nice rooms, great breakfast, clean, hot shower There's a bar or music place right next door and music goes on until after 4am. Woke up multiple times and didn't get much sleep. Hotel itself is great (10/10) but because of the noise I'd never stay here again even for a single night

Uncomfortable to carry the baggage to the room, The bar club next to the hotel and it open the louder musics over the mid-night to 4 AM.
