The hotel is located in a convenient areas in Thamel which is easy to get around and there are many restaurants, shops, cafes or even pharmacies. The facilities are great and the rooms are clean and look really new for me. The staff are very friendly, helpful and hospitable during the stay. I would say that this is such a wonderful and comfortable place to stay.

The hotel location is excellent, close to Thamel but in a quite street, making you feel away from all the evening noise. The staff is the best, friendly, courteous and professional. The room are super clean, spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel in Kathmandu!!

I loved the centralized location, the rooms are super clean and spacious, the roof top bar/restaurant is nice and has a great view of Monkey Temple and the food is great too. The staff is very friendly, courteous, professional and caring. I highly recommend it!!

I asked for 1 Queen bed before my arrival through message on booking.com. They said will provide. Upon my arrival that almost midnight, teh gave 2 bed that combine into 1 bed. Next morning I asked the staff to change it; they tried to change it but still they just move my room with same bed, 2 bed become 1! The manager seems don’t want to talk with me as her customer, she always speak to the staff and the staff speak to me, what kind of hospitality is this even I right in front of her in reception table? Good Location, Good Value but worst Service :)

The room was modern, large and comfortable. I especially liked how large the desk and working space were, because I was working at the Mila Hotel remotely for a week. I also loved the views from the 5th and 6th floors where I stayed, and the amount of lighting in the room. The shower and bathroom was also spacious and comfortable (shower water pressure was good and water was hot). The service was great - the staff were all extremely polite and attentive. For example, they would even call me if I had not gotten my free/inclusive breakfast yet. The location was great - just a short walking distance from the bustle of Thamel, but just off the main road enough for some quiet. The continental breakfast could have had more beverage or Western food options, but overall I enjoyed and took advantage of the breakfast!

Excellent stay at Mila Hotel: confortable room, kind staff, tasty restaurant, good price. The location is central (Thamel), but silent. Good laundry service. Higly recommended.

A beautiful well-maintained hotel that is centrally located. The rooms were clean and large. The roof top restaurant is an amazing place to relax and have a delicious meal. Staff were exceptional. Highly recommend staying here.
