Location was good. Bed was clean. Space of the room, facilities and accessories mentioned were not available in room. A tap in bathroom was without water. Breakfast was very poor.

Location Outside advertising lights could not be prevented from coming through our shades. Woke us up several times.

Hotel Black Diamond was perfectly located close to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable and everything worked (water, heat/AC, wifi, etc.). Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. I was charged more for the rooms than what was promised in the Booking.com contract. I emailed the hotel about the matter and received a reply that they would review the overcharge and respond soon as possible. The hotel has not responded and the overcharge is still in place. As a travel agent who frequently brings teams, I am always looking for reliable accommodations for future stays. Overcharging will not encourage future bookings.

The manager was very helpful and friendly Location is walking distance from airport if you are young. Price was very good The signage is confusing and on both ends of a long building in the airport parking lot. We and our taxi could not find which end of the building was the entrance. The hotel is not really in the transit area but in the airport parking lot

We were there during the GenZ protests, because airport was closed - I would say big thank you to every people, who are working there and especially to manager. They helped with everything, allowed to stay in the restaurant for the first night (since the all hotels was overbooked) and tried to keep the positive atmosphere. Also its restaurant is quite good, bed and pillows are really great, location in 5 minutes walk to international terminal - really great to stay before the flight The room was a bit dirty - a lot of stains on the wall

Very bad experience, too costly for the standard of the hotel, hotel was stinking, rooms were very unitdy, staff was also not qualified to host guests. I recommend to avoid Everything was pathetic except the location near airport

Very close to the airport, go here if you have an early flight out. The facilities are good and the airco works. no complaints really - OK, it is not a 5 star facility with entertainment - this is an in-airport hotel. (it is actually outside the terminal, but across the road)

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk across the car park to international departures. The hotel was really nice, modern and so comfortable. It’s a great choice for a stay if you’ve got an early flight. Also didn’t even notice noises from any flights. There’s a restaurant downstairs, however outside there is a row of other restaurants and places to eat if preferred. Staff were friendly and helpful, overall no problems at all and can highly recommend.
