Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Near Airport & Pashupatinath

Great place to stay. Staffs are very friendly and respectful.

Best location in front of temple gate, a pleasant stay and excellent service—the team is very happy. Kitchen response time.

It was too good. I didn’t expect it to be that great. It was clean & served hot.

1. Location was great. It is a 5 minute walk to the Pashupati site. 2. Staff very friendly and helpful. 3. Shops just outside campus. 4. this is one good hotel, don't knock it.

Nine minute walk to Pashupatinath Temple. Staff speaks english and is helpful. Lots of taxis just outside hotel gate. Hotel has a top floor view of the city. Room size was great Breakfast wan’t much to chose from and that wasn’t good Dinner was poor, not much choice, with meals being spicy hot and Nepal hot.

Although the buffet was available, none of the waiters or waitresses were willing to bring additional items to our table, except for a waitress named Innu. She ensured that we were well taken care of and performed her job with professionalism and efficiency. Toiletries could be of better quality. No body lotion No smoking rooms.

Exceptional

it was clean, nice rooms, staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. And it was a short walking distance to pashupatinath. Food was great. if you are a light sleeper, do not get a room on the 5th floor just under the restauraunt. It was a bit noisy one of the nights, walls are thin, and it made it hard to sleep. If you are not a light sleeper, you should be fine

I didn’t like how I could hear everyone in the hallway in the morning, it’s very loud and echoing and it woke me up in my room

The hotel was very clean, staff were extremely helpful and the location to the airport, restaurants, shops and Thamel was great. Ability to store luggage during our trek was much appreciated. Level 5 rooms are immediately below the restaurant. Chairs were dragged across the floor until midnight and commenced again about 5:30 am making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast did not cater for international guests and was quite limited.

Very accessible location for people visiting Pashupatinath Mahadev Mandir. It's walkable distance from the hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. Amazing views from rooftop restaurant. Delicious Indian food options available. Restaurant staff arranged complimentary breakfast for us even past the timings. Overall a great experience. Local tour packages available from the front desk are at a higher price, however they did provide a good electric car with a decent driver. Cheaper taxi options are also available right outside the hotel.
