The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall ambiance of the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the owner and staff. I accidentally left my bag on a bus, and they went above and beyond to help me locate and recover it. Thanks to their sincere efforts and kindness, I got my bag back. I am extremely grateful for their support. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thamel. Great location, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and truly exceptional service! Nothing

I ended up staying at Karma Hotel for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The room is very nice, clean, and looks brand new. The bathroom is also exceptionally neat and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Nepal!

One of the best hostels in thamel, the rooms were cozy. Also the owner is kind person, he arranged a free taxi from airport and also helped exchanging cash.

The staff is very helpful and adjusted to my requirements for a late checkout. They provided help whenever needed and are very courteous.

Karma is great! It's in the middle of Thamel, so everything is walking distance: restaurants, coffee shops, laundry. Property is spotless, water is hot, and WIFI is fast. My room had a balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood. And the building itself has nice outdoor sitting areas on each floor. Rooms are bright and really feel like home rather than a hotel. I'll be coming back to Kathmandu in a few months, and I WILL NOT be looking for another accommodation option. I love this place.
