The dry Thai massage was fantastic!! The 4 bed dorm was very small and cramped. My top bunk squeaked like crazy anytime I moved or rolled to my side. Unbelievably loud bed.

The hotel provides the best service I have experienced. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was very nice, with good quality food and enough variety to start the day well. One of the best facilities is the free travel desk, which is available anytime to assist with transportation, tours, and planning trips to any place. Special thanks to Saurav, the manager, who is extremely kind and helpful. He is always available to guide guests and give valuable information about traveling all over Nepal. His support made our stay comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nepal.

It’s in a quiet area but still minutes away from the busy restaurants and bars of Thamel. The rooms are comfortable and the spa is great. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast could improve. The heating options for the food could be better so the food is warmer when you serve yourself. Having muesli to add to the yogurt would be a nice option.

Best hotel i have ever stayed , amazing hospitality , wonderful staff members ( specially the reservation manager Mr. Saurav & Mr .Ram ) , Breakfast is so delicious and anytime food delivery to the room , starting from free airport pick up to check out everything is brilliant , Highly appreciate all the help and support they have done for me and my family , Thanks a lot , Nothings is bad in this property ,
