All the whole time, not clean window dirty. When you walk at the room, it's a disaster. I don't know what else to say.

The room size was good. The staff is very polite and courteous. Cleaning team is very good and over all service is great. The most frustrating issue was the constant beeping noise from room doors, even after they appeared to be closed. Many guests simply do not understand how to stop the beeping, so they ended up repeatedly slamming their doors or, even worse, leaving them beeping for several minutes. On both nights of my stay, I struggled to sleep because of late-night and early-morning door slamming and beeping. I understand that this system is intended as a security feature, but in practice it seems to create more disturbance than security. The problem is that guests are not given clear instructions on how to use it. In reality, all they need to do is gently press the door once it is closed from the inside, or slightly pull the handle when closing it from the outside, and the beeping stops. Most guests do not know this, so they keep slamming the door repeatedly until the noise finally stops. Imagine being woken up by this at 1 AM, 2 AM, 4 AM, or 6 AM. The sudden noise is startling and can completely disrupt your sleep. Once awakened, it becomes difficult to fall back asleep because your heart rate increases and your body is suddenly alert. The problem was made worse by the overall corridor noise. Guests were ordering food late into the night, and the sounds of cutlery, plates, and trays being placed in the hallway echoed loudly throughout the corridor. The acoustics amplified every sound, making even minor noises highly noticeable inside the rooms. The hotel itself has many positive qualities, but the design and sound management significantly impact guest comfort. A hotel’s primary purpose is to provide rest, and when guests cannot sleep properly, it undermines the entire experience. While security is important, it should not come at the expense of guests’ physical comfort, mental well-being, and peace of mind. Any security measure that repeatedly disturbs guests throughout the night ultimately creates more problems than it solves.

Close to the airport Sheets and pillows felt very dirty, the AC did not work and we couldn’t sleep all night and we had a flight early morning, the walls were paper thin so you could hear all the street noise and the adjacent rooms and people moving in the corridors.

Had to get the a/c to right temp but that was only a minor issue.

Bed and pillow were great! A nice place to rest between flights Noise level in the hall way, sound travelled from other rooms and did not seem to be sound proofed at all. Low toilet paper with no extra roll in the room

the only thing was the room facing the airport was a bit noisy due to the traffic

My room was windowless? there was a small block of glass high up on the wall that was covered by a small curtain. Except there was one window looking out to the hallway.. weird for privacy reasons. Also every time a door closed, the locks would beep for 2 minutes. So I was woken up when my neighbors would close their door. it was really strange.

The main thing I liked was the nearness to the TIA and the hotel room was super clean

We stayed on two occasions, separated by our trip to Bhutan. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Above all else, the staff were amazing ? All good

Good stay across the street from airport, hotel provided transport when needed. Shower had plenty of hot water and bottled water was,provided for drinking. Would stay there again. No shower curtain, but thats ok.

Staff are very accommodating. I should checked in at 12NN but they allowed me to checked in early at 8AM.

I like the Hotel it is very convenient to the airport ,The staff are very generous ,They welcomed us warmly. It’s not that I don’t like ,It is maybe because of the charges for the honey moon set up ,However it is not a big deal!The staff did it very well .We are surprise and overwhelmed with it .
