Great location for Thamel, bus station etc. Extremely helpful staff who always went out of their way to make sure whatever we were trying to arrange worked perfectly. They booked our Chitwan bus for us and held luggage, even kept our old room for us to come back to. Very much at home in Kathmandu.

It has great location, in the thamel but not too noisy. The room was spacious had all that is needed to make a comfortable stay. The wifi was good for work and the hot water in the shower was great. Breakfast was also good.

The location, that's all... All... We are customers of the hotel for years, always faithful and satisfied. However, i had sent messages as i used before arival. No answer... Surprising... But the usual staff was not there. This time, we have been adviced whrn we arroved that we should better cancel. ??? After a full day travelling 2 different flights, and we are welcomed this way??? I refused. Room was ok as usual. At night i was sick, sweating a lot, and having diarrhea. The flush did not work at all. Morning i requested some help, and to change the bed sheet in which i had been sweating.. After 3 requests, at last a woman came with a man helper. She became angry seeing the difficult conditions. She did the work but throw things violently from the bathroom to the bedroom... Later i learnt that the hotel was closing. I could not get more information. Big disappointment. The people at the reception were rude, talking toughly, not helping as they used to. Next day, we went searching for another hotel for our next stay. We did find, much better.

The central location in Thamel is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average and while it was included I choose to eat elsewhere most days. The shower was lukewarm at best and was in a bath with a flexible pipe so short I could only wash couching down. The door to the room could only be opened by kicking it and the door to the balcony could only be poened from the outside accessed via a window as the internal door handle was broken off

Super good location where in the heart of Thamel. Hotel is not the new but acceptable and there is elevator. Water supply quite low. Other is fair. Staff are good. Water supply is not much strong.

We stayed at Hotel Access Nepal for 3 days and had a great time. Staff was kind and friendly, made us feel like home, especially Ram and kitchen staff. Hotel service was impeccable and rooms are clean. There is air conditioning and hot water available in the bathroom. Food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional with a wide variety available, something for everyone. Best part, visa and mastercard are accepted. Definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again.
