I loved the vibe of the places it was clean and the ac is blasting I also loved that you can book trips here I booked for Pokhara but they have options for everywhere in Nepal. I booked a car and everything was planned for. I absolutely loved it.

Unfortunately, there was a persistent, stale odor in the room that smelled like old smoke mixed with other scents. It seemed deeply embedded in the walls or carpets, and air fresheners couldn't quite mask it, which made for a bit of an uncomfortable night. Additionally, the towels felt quite worn out and stiff—similar to a floor mat—and had a slightly unpleasant, unnatural smell to them.

Our stay at Hotel Dreams Connect was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They took extra care of us throughout our stay and made us feel right at home. The food was awesome — every meal was delicious and well-prepared. On the last day, the hotel arranged a special BBQ for us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Overall, everything was perfect — from the service to the food and the friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

very polite, kind, accommodating staff members, from picking me up from the airport to hotel & to back to airport, finding equips be replaced, very fluent in English, extra helpful carrying the bags & all up the stairs, very soft beddings but firm bed frame, no elevator available. with the weight of your bag or w/ many numbers of bags, going up the stairs carrying them were a bit difficult. size of breakfast was a bit small, even for me a small sized woman.

They had the perfect choices for breakfast—local or western options. Everything I tried on the menu was delicious and well priced. Location is fantastic as it’s down a quiet lane but close to the action. There is also a spa discount which comes in handy after full days of work. Everyone is super helpful and accommodating. The owner is often on site to personally see to it that you have everything you need.

We traveled from New York to Kathmandu for a leisure trip and stayed at Dreams Connect Hotel in Thamel for 19 days, booking through Booking.com. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was exactly as shown in the photos—very neat and tidy. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Both the traditional Nepali dishes and the continental food were absolutely delicious. Mr. Ramesh Thapa, the owner of the hotel, was present on-site and regularly engaged with guests to ensure their comfort and ask for feedback on how the experience could be improved. An excellent hotel overall—we highly recommend it! No comments as we were very comfortable.

Very nice location, many shops and restaurants are nearby. The staff is really helpful. Any issue, like exchange, taxi, laundry, or any food service were solved very quickly. Thank you ❤️ None
