Beautiful and spacious room. The staff was more than helpful. Everybody was very kind and welcoming. The rooftop restaurant is amazing and the food as well. Excellent location but at the same time quite peaceful and away from the noise.

The staff were excellent. Friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The room was basic, but for the price it was perfect. I stayed there twice during my trip, either side of my trek, and both times was very happy with my stay.

Superb

Very friendly stuff. The hotel has a nice roof terrace with a Restaurant. Breakfast is included in the room price. In the night it was more or less quiet.You are in Thamel.

loud guest, rooms occupied by several guest had a late night parties. A bit loud and felicities listed on booking list simply were not in the room. Very basic - hostel level accommodation. Very nice staff but I wouldn’t recommend the stay there unless you’re looking for hostel type accommodation.

Staff very Kindly, good position and good breakfast

The staff was really kind and helpful. They let me check in early as I had to change hotels. They helped me book tickets and packed me a to go breakfast as I was leaving early the next morning . The location is great. My room was really really noisy and I could hear everything. The traffic, people talking, the TV on in the next room . I wouldn't stay there again due to the noise The fan in the room was so loud that I couldn't use it .

Good location in Thamel and quiet at night as the rooms are in a courtyard and not facing the street. Easy check in. Friendly staff who can speak English fluently and they helped me carry my heavy suitcase. The food served on the rooftop was actually nice, particularly the breakfast which was probably the best I've had during my trip in Nepal. Good value for money, wifi was reliable although a bit slow at times. When I entered my room, there was an awful smell of cigarette all over the curtains, pillows and bedsheets. I went out for dinner and turned on the AC but when I came back the smell was still lingering...it was really unpleasant. The cleaning staff did not empty the trash bin which had several cigarette butts and some runny liquid. Guests should not be allowed to smoke in the rooms. After I complained about this, they put me in a different room the next day which was much better.

We loved the staff. The breakfast was great and up on a beautifully peaceful rooftop dining area. The building was nice and we felt very welcome. Our stay included water bottles as well. The wifi was great and the location was perfect. Outside, there were so many shops and good restaurants down cute alleys. I would stay here again. We also took advantage of the airport pick up. They were right on time and organized. We had a little trouble sleeping because of the pillows. Not a big deal.

Good location, clean room, hot shower, good AC. But more importantly the staff is amazing! 24/7 super kind, helpful amd informative guys. The restaurant is great just as the view from the rooftop.

Central location in Thames but not too loud I was woken up by some noises at some point. A lot of stairs

The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the city and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. if you are looking to stay for a night or so for transit then it’s perfect value for money.
