Everything is awesome and taken carefully

Housekeeping and cleanliness was very good. Restaurant food was simple and tasty. Doi, Babu and Ijaz were always there to answer and address all my requirements. I'm coming back to Kailash Biutique the next time I visit Kathmandu. Thank you. Nothing that I didn't like.

Everything! Really the best boutique hotel in town. The bed is so comfortable, room so clean and the staff & owner so nice. Would definitely stay here when I’m back. I had a super early flight and they still got me a box breakfast. Best service anyone could ask for. And very good location, close to everything. Nothing.

Location, staff and service.

The location is very convenience. You could arrange your trip, shop for your trek/travel, find wode range of restaurants, all within about 10 minute walk. The hotel is also located about 50m from the main road so it's quiet and peaceful. N/A. This hotel is exceptional in value.

The location is really good. It's located in the heart of the tourist area so it's very easy to find food, shopping and anything you need. The air cond was preset at 30C when I arrived so it was a bit warm after I turned it on without noticing it. At first, I thought the air cond was broken until I looked at the remote again.

Neighbors were a bit noisy at night, but Dol took care of it quickly and professionally.

I stayed at Kailash three times during my visit to Nepal, so it started to feel like my home away from home. I liked that rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, they offered plenty of bottled water, and they had a free transportation from the airport one way. They also had a reliable elevator, a scale to weigh luggage, and free breakfast. There wasn't anything I didn't like, but I always appreciate more breakfast options, especially around clean, fresh fruit and vegetables options.

My #1 priority is a good sleep, and Kailash is quiet a night with very comfortable beds with good quality comforters. I stayed in 3 different hotels in Kathmandu, and Kailash was my favorite. Good location (if you're in Thamel). Easy to recommend. Nothing. It was a good stay!

Great communication from the place ahead of time with airport pickup and they have an onsite tour provider/excursion manager. Bit of noise from the construction next door but only in the mornings not at night. Breakfast was OK. Serviceable and clean, but not amazing. Coffee was not good. Recommend getting it from the cafe connected instead

The staff, comfort and cleanliness were outstanding. Even though it’s in the Thamel, it’s on a quieter side street so my room was quiet. Nice location close to shopping and restaurants. Nothing - we stayed there three separate times before and after our trek and it never disappointed.
-
The staff and cleaniness. The location and comfort . Excellent property! Nothing really -all good
-
Quiet location right in the heart of district within easy reach of eateries and historical sites, atmosphere was subline and front desk service receptive. What struck me most was its cleanliness and wifi availability. Nothing only praise.

Nothing. We ended up staying here 3 separate times while in Nepal and it felt like our home would
