nothing The food service here was absolutely terrible. I ordered chicken chili and spaghetti, the chili was ok ok , but I found an ant in the spaghetti. Later, I ordered a banana lassi. Instead of informing me that it was unavailable, the staff simply showed up at my door with a sweet lassi without any prior notice. To make matters worse, there was a hair in that lassi. I also ordered a fruit salad with a special request to include cucumber, but they initially served me just plain apple and watermelon. They did eventually replace it with a standard fruit salad, and although it still lacked cucumber, I accepted it. To compensate for these inconveniences, management offered me a complimentary taxi to the airport. However, during checkout, I realized they had overcharged me for the inedible food. They simply inflated my meal bill to cover the taxi fare while pretending it was a free service. This is one of the most unhygienic and worst hotels I have ever stayed at in Nepal. I highly recommend avoiding this place. I have attached photos of everything as proof.

The location is perfect for accessing the airport and nearby attractions. The hotel staff was incredibly warm and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The overall experience was wonderful. The surrounding noise from the busy area and crowded atmosphere can be noticeable at times, but it's not a big issue since the hotel's excellent location near the airport outweighs this minor inconvenience. Overall, there's very little to criticize about this excellent property.

Food(dinner) was good and stay there was amazing. Everything was as mentioned and staff were friendly. We brought our dinner thali to our room and staff was happy to serve us there. Bathrooms were clean as well as the bed sheets. It was really good experience. Nothing I didn't like.

Excellent place if you are looking for a reasonably priced one or two nights' stay near Kathmandu airport. The room was small but neat and clean and had all the basic amenities. Staff was very friendly and polite, and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing

The hotel staff was great. We enjoyed the location, it was very close to the airport and we walked there. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were fine for two people but we had a three person room and it did not have enough space for all three of our luggage. We had to keep most of our luggage on the floor and had to annoying leap over them to get to the bathroom.

Comfy rooms, fast on food services and friendly staffs. Sometime TV doesnt works but its fine as you will have fast wifi available.

It was a great stay for my family. The food and the service was fantastic. It was a little disappointing that there was noise at night from other people. If that could have been avoided, the stay would have been perfect.
