I booked it because of the SPA facility but it was not available at hotel. the room was right next to to the stairs. the walls were so thin that you hear every single steps on the stairs and the people standing on the terrace for smoke

Nothing great... Booked for my Mum and her sister for a spiritual trip... No options to accept foreign currency... Online payment not deducted... Cash options not there... No ATM nearby... Bank transfer did not work... Overall it was not guest friendly place especially not for senior citizens... Not at all friendly... Not for senior citizens

ONLY CLEANLINESS.WI FI SERVICESS. NO LIFT NO VARIETY IN BREAKFAST, RESTAURANT SERVICESS VERY POOR, NO TEA SACHET IN ROOM,MAINTANANCE WORK IS GOING ON VERY MUCH DISTURBANCE. NO EASY APPORACH,NO BUCKET AND MUG IN BATHROOMS,NO SMALL TOWEL IN BATHROOM OR ON WASH BASIN.

Cleanliness is a big issue, they had mould and dirt on the shower and hand spray after mentioning the same it was cleaned immediately, torn linen and curtains is a concern as well.

Close to Pashupatinath Mandir and airport The staff refused to give any extra blanket or even a mattress. The road to the hotel is very narrow and through a small village, making it difficult for many cab drivers to find the hotel. We booked an "apartment" in which many of the features of the room were not accessible eg. kitchen, microwave etc we were told we cannot use them even though it came with the room. Breakfast options were very limited

Food was okay Room was not clean. Toilet was not clean. Bathroom towels were torn on edges . No exhaust fan in toilets. Got inscet bite. No lifts Available. Over all it was a horrible stay.
