Good Location in the heart of Thamal, with very good option near by bar resturants cafe. room size is very good and other room facilities. is good. Receiption staff need to be improve the attitude. must be helpfull with tourists.

I had a great stay at Hotel Address. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning with plenty of options. Its in the center of Thamel so good location as well. I would happily return on my next visit.

The door into the room and that of the en-suite bathroom didn't have locks. Instead, there is a deadbolt at the top of the door which wasn't the easiest to use as you need to push on the door for the bolt to align.

Best location for tourists. The property is situated on a street of restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir stores and bars were you can easily go around. Most of all, I highly commend Badri, the Hotel Manager for being so nice, friendly and helpful on assisting us on our tours. Its probably the guests smoking at the room lobby inspite of having “no smoking” sign.

The friendly and helpful staff really made my stay in Kathmandu exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the security guard who helped with my luggage, and at the desk, Badri - who is the manager, as well as the entire staff were all so welcoming and throughout my stay, everyone seemed genuinely happy and quite competent in their service. Badri's English is practically perfect - he was extra helpful as he arranged a city tour with a private driver at a reasonable price and also made sure I had an affordable taxi when it was time to go. I highly recommend The Address Kathmandu ... it's REALLY nice and honestly the best.

I wasn't sure where to stay in Kathmandu so I booked one night at The Address Kathmandu, and as soon as I saw the incredible neighborhood, the friendly and competent staff, as well as the really nice facilities and lovely room, I extended my stay! Everything is really great: the location is right in the middle of the best part of the city, the room is clean and comfortable, bed is cozy, A/C and wifi are strong, breakfasts are *very good* with an excellent buffet and options to have an omelet prepared to your individual taste ...overall it's a first rate hotel which I highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. I would especially like to commend staff member Badri Bhujel, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His exceptional service truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room was great and the hotel was in arguably the best location of this area. The room was not made up between days and there was a general lack of toilet paper. The breakfast was basic, fruit was good, but I would not consider it a buffet.
