The room smelled like cigarettes and cold sweat. The bathroom is big, but not well maintained. The shower was leaking all the time. Window to the corridor. As almost every hotel here, you can avoid hearing the cars and motorcycles horning all day and almost all night long.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the gate remains open 24 hours.

The triple room is very small. One bed is beside the door of toilet. No space for walking. For that reason we cancle our next booking. The stuff are not sincere. Owner's behaviour is not good.

Soon after I arrive the hotel, the staff has called the owner who speaks Japanese very well, he has asked me to wait for about 45 minutes... It was 23:00 and late night. I was really exhausted after a long trip from Bangladesh and he just has asked me the age, marriage history etc. What a disgusting moments... I have just regretted that I have tried to be nice and friendly but I should have just denied his offer

The only thing I had issue was with the bathroom ventilator it doesn't have the mosquito guard so mosquitos use to enter the room.

I stayed this hotel for two days. Everything was good well managed. Staff were very friendly. They have Japanese restaurant which have varieties of food. They provide me all the services well.

They have everything you need, trips, bus, hikking, plane, trekking, helicopter, etc. It is very well located in the heart of Thamel but inside the hotel is very quiet and calm. The bed is wonderfull, first time in many months I definitely could rest. The room is silent and confortable also. The staff always very kind and helpfull and you find good coffee for free any time. They call me tô see if I'm good and if every thing is ok sometimes. Very nice people! Totally recommend. All good.

The staff is wonderfull, help you in everything. They also have a tourist agency at the side of hotel. My room was very confortable and for a very good price. Hot shower and AC. Recommend, is a very good place for staying at Kathamandu. Everything ok!

Nice spot tucked in the heart of Thamel. The location is perfect for exploring Kathmandu, with shops and restaurants all around. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.
