The air conditioning works perfectly, the bathroom is clean, and the hot water runs well. The Wi-Fi connection is also fast and reliable, which is a big plus. One of the highlights is that the hotel has an elevator—something not always common in the area—and breakfast is included. They also have a rooftop space with a beautiful view over . It’s a perfect spot to relax while waiting for check-in or even after check-out, especially if you have a later flight. The rooftop also offers a variety of food and snack options. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. Another convenient feature is that you can leave your luggage at the hotel if you’re heading out for multi-day trekking in Nepal. Overall, The Milestone Hotel is a great option if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Thamel with a peaceful vibe despite being in a busy area.

everything were good. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was excellent. one thing, not related to the hotel. the laundry services across the hotel was awful, be cautious. they damaged two of my items and done nothing about it..

The location of the hotel was convenient, but unfortunately the overall experience and service did not meet expectations. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff were extremely unprofessional and poorly mannered. I have never experienced such behavior in any hotel before. What surprised me the most was that they asked us to pay immediately during check-in, which is unusual since most hotels settle the bill at check-out. It felt as if they assumed we might run away without paying. The food we ordered was also terrible. Even after placing orders for food and drinks, the waiter came to our table and asked us to pay immediately, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. This kind of behavior shows very poor hospitality. To make matters worse, we handed over our motorbike for parking at the front office. Later, we noticed that the front side of the bike had been damaged. We don’t know if someone rode it or what exactly happened, but it was extremely disappointing and concerning.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Milestone Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location in Kathmandu was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Pragadh at the reception — he was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. He made the experience even better. There was honestly nothing major to complain about. Everything met my expectations.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The hotel is in a great location and it’s super clean. Most comfortable bed I had in Nepal. At check in they told me they upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise after a long day of travel.

The staff is very friendly and giving us the easiest time during our check in time. They also give us advice on what to do in Kathmandu and giving tips on how to travel around. I love that the room give us comfort with a spacious area. I'm glad that the hotel have hot shower in their hotel since winter in Kathmandu can be very cold. The hotel also really at the center of shopping area. Really satisfied.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, which makes it easy to reach while avoiding traffic noise. The rooms are quiet enough for a good rest. I also appreciated the staff's responsiveness—they are very polite and address all needs right away. Highly attentive and professional team, the hotel is quite clean and the rooms are very neat and stylish—they look exactly like the photos online The room was missing a hairdryer, which was very inconvenient. Also, instead of proper ventilation, there was just a hole to the outside, making the room very cold. Breakfast quality was poor, especially the unfresh fruits. it was very difficult to eat because the chef was coughing and spitting into the sink right in front of the guests. My biggest complaint, however, was the noise from the housekeeping staff; they were shouting in the corridors very early, which is quite disrespectful to sleeping guests.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were very kind. The breakfasts were also not bad :) rooftop restaurant has a nice view of the city :) The only downside was that my room and bathroom did not feel completely clean, and the wardrobe was occupied by spare blankets, so during my fairly long stay I had to keep all my clothes in my backpack

GREAT staff!!!!!! They did so many extras from early checkin, upgraded room, providing a very likable and skilled driver, an extra early breakfast, and much more. Great location, but was also quiet. All good
