The location is great, 20 minute walk to Thamel area the main tourist area. The hotel is very clean and the room very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and provided with kettle/tea/coffee in the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful and helped me with any queries I had. Area also very quiet so get a good nights sleep. About 20 minute taxi ride to the airport. Nothing - all good

Room only, nice big room, very clean. A few poorly maintained small things in the rooms. The location can be quite noisy at night too as the road nearby has a surprising amount of traffic. Quite of building work nearby too.

The garden was favourite part of my stay at the hotel. The staff were the next beautiful part there, specially Indira who was always there to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Food was lovely though. Recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Lazimpat. The WiFi was gone after the powercut. They almost took 5 min to restore it.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Buki Hotel is! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located in Kathmandu. The refreshments provided in the lobby are a lovely addition to all of the beautiful touches. I felt very safe at Buki, even as a family traveling along with children. The BEST part of Buki, however, is their incredible staff. From the warm greeting at the airport when we arrived (very tired and disheveled from our long trip overseas) until we departed the team was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Their kindness extended even beyond our stay. We had a situation with luggage left behind unintentionally and the crew at Buki came to our rescue, even printing and attaching labels for a bag they had held onto for us for multiple days. This was well after we had departed, clearly our own mistake that landed us in this predicament, and definitely not the responsibility of the hotel staff. Their willingness to help us out and in such a cheerful manner truly goes above and beyond any customer service that I have ever received. Buki hotel will absolutely always be my hotel of choice when I am lucky enough to travel to Kathmandu. I do not understand why did they make that big bathroom, its useless spacious.

I stayed here for two nights. Hospitality here was exceptionally amazing. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. House keeping was exceptionally good. The restaurant had a variety of food and was so delicious (mouth watering) and the people here are so welcoming, special thanks to Sameer, Indira they were so helpful, gave us the best service. There is a nice garden and a parking too. The garden is very large and scenic with flowers, birds and trees. Overall it's a Best Place to Stay in Kathmandu. Will definitely visit again soon. Cheers ? There could be several entry points to the garden, its just a suggestion. Smell of paints in the corridor.

I've been in a lot of hotels this past year, but for sure i will come back to this one, it is on my top 3 hotels, the costumer services is amazing and all the amenities. For sure the cleanliness in my room and all the areas of the hotel is amazing. It's just some meters ahead of Radisson, perfect location! It seemed like it was renovated close to my arrival, I could notice the painting smelling, everything else was great!
