Excellent location in the heart of Thamel with easy access to cafes, shops, taxis, and public transport around Kathmandu. The area is very convenient and lively for travelers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best parts of our stay — many tasty options every morning. The hotel also has a nice rooftop area with tables where you can relax and enjoy the city view. Clean and comfortable room, stable hot water, elevator, fast Wi-Fi, and everything worked well. We stayed as a family with a child and felt safe and comfortable Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations

I like the value and the location. Breakfast shuold be more option and quality. The price is cheap, that's why hotel can hike the price but breakfast should have more option.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious well-designed, and maintained with great attention to cleanliness, which added to a restful and relaxing experience.

We really loved this hotel. Everything was fantastic. The apartment room was large, and all the amenities were perfect. The hotel management authority and all the staff were super helpful and always ready to help. They also have a laundry facility. I, myself, stayed in this hotel for 22 days. Their breakfast is amazing. We also ordered dinner from their restaurants sometimes. They tried to fulfill all our needs, and their flexibility was highly appreciable. The hotel has a lift/elevator too. Hotel Mega & Apartment has a wonderful rooftop seating area. We really enjoyed that space. Overall, we had a very good experience and I highly recommend this hotel. I will choose this hotel every time I visit Kathmandu due to its reasonable pricing, good breakfast, good people, and the location. It is at the heart of Thamel. 5 STARS for Hotel Mega & Apartment. There is nothing that I did not like. Everything was very good. I do not have anything to suggest.

I had booked for Deluxe Family Room, but during check in I was told there had been overlapping in the booking as they couldn't lock the room after my booking was confirmed by booking.com. Although staff apologized very politely, this incident wasn't happy for me as I was with my little kid!! Rest all goes well.

Cleaning and no restrictions about timing They don’t allowed friends from outside of there is no id ! Even we are responsible for them.

Good location in Thamel and good value for money. Rooftop area is great and relaxed. I have stayed here multiple times during my visit to Kathmandu. The evening receptionist guy was not welcoming or even helpful. When I asked for room keys, he simply points at them. When asked for water ,he says you need to pay for it( Of course I would pay, but he did not even bother giving, so I got it from a nearby shop). When asked for towel, he says ok, but we did not get it. Used to be my choice of stay every time but after this one, I have mixed feelings about the place. Note: Other staffs are friendly and welcoming.
