I had a lovely stay at splash guest house! The house is on a really calm and beautiful beach, but at the same time within walking distance to different restaurants and a 7-11. Dane and Madoka are wonderful hosts and they will help you with everything you need. I got so many wonderful tips for what to fill my days with. The breakfast was lovely and the room (and house) had everything i needed. I will definitely come back! There was nothing I did not like:)

Dane and Madoka are amazing! They are so welcoming and friendly. Dane knows all there is to know about surfing around Hebara and Katsura and will give you all the advice you need

Fantastic friendly and helpful hosts even invited me out for dinner with them. Fantastic location right on the beach and huge range of top end surf equipment. Surf hire was a little pricey

The hosts were amazingly helpful, they made everything so easy and gave great suggestions on what to do around the area. The breakfast was lovely and the room was very comfortable.

it is an exclusive beach front location fully equipped with every marine toy you could imagine. Had a nice chat with the property owner and got to know his awesome personality and lovely family

You can tell a lot of thought was put into the decoration of the whole place. Really made you feel like you’re in Hawaii. Loved that the room looks out onto the ocean, and the outdoors seating area was very nice. Dane and Madoka were both very accommodating and nice. Not much to do around the area walking distance except for the beach.

We highly recommend Splash Guest House! We felt so welcome that we wouldn't have mind to spend the rest of our vacation there! Transport was a breeze as Dane picked us up on arrival and dropped us off at Katsuura Station for departing to Tokyo. He also recommended some nice local spots and activities, such as biking on the coast line and seeing all of the different beaches. The room was spacious, clean, air-conditioned, had nice amenities. And to top it off, had an amazing view of the ocean. We especially enjoyed our time at the terrace viewing the ocean and listening to the relaxing sounds. All round amazing vibes, would definitely visit again! Everything was perfect!
