The staff was great from check in to check out. However, before checking

“Smile”, the desk clerk who checked us in was awesome! Although our room was being cleaned when we got to it, it didn’t take long to finish it. There was a high pitched noise which was reported but nobody ever came to check on it. I ended up finding out what it was and fixed it myself. The breakfast bar was awesome and the host “Teri” was incredible. Overall a very nice visit.

staff is excellent, the rooms comfortable, free breakfast exceptional do not book room down hall where workout room is.....people going in and out all night slamming door.

room was clean and air conditioner worked At breakfast the first day there were biscuits and two of them had mold on them We were given a room next to the kitchen which was noisy at 6 am We asked for a room on the top floor and/or on the backside of hotel away from traffic noise. Our wishes were ignored

Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. Breakfast was pretty good. and employees were nice and helpful.

Overall it was a good experience. However, the man that was at the desk on 7/24/26 at night, he was rude when we asked for help getting into the pool area as our key card would not work. Hope he finds a job he enjoys or something
