The staff - from the reception desk to cleaning crew - were very warm, genial, and accommodating. The housekeepers always greeted us in the morning and made sure to clarify what we would like cleaned / replaced in the room. We sent our luggage via Yamato Transport, and they had them in our rooms by the time we checked in. They also helped us arrange luggage delivery to our next hotel in Tokyo. The hotel is also conveniently located, about a 10- to 15-minute walk from Kawasaki Station and just behind Kawasaki City Hall, which has an observatory at the 25th floor open until 9:00PM. There is a FamilyMart and Lawson 100 just a few meters away, plus a 7-11 in the next block. The rooms are on the smaller side.

The receptionist was friendly and let us check-in early as we arrived in the morning. I get to freshen up before continue my day The room might a bit tight for two of us to kove around freely

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the beginning of our trip, it was amazing! The hotel is SO COOL and it’s in a great spot. Kawasaki itself isn’t very central to the rest of the “must go to spots in Tokyo” but was a beautiful city and is no fault of the hotels. The staff at this hotel were so friendly. They have a translator machine so they do their best to be most helpful! They also helped us send our luggage with Yamato, so we didn’t need to lug our stuff elsewhere to forward it. The hotel is clean and they offer basic amenities. The room was a good size. I would definitely stay here again! NOTHING to complain about from us!

Location is convenient. Can reach the train stations within 10 minutes on foot. Even room is small but seems everything available. Clean and peaceful. The staffs are nice and polite.

Clean and modern simple hotel. Amenities are provided our basic. Very easily accessible via the metro. Provided everything we needed for a one night stay close to the airport. We had booked two beds. We had three small children all under the age of six including an infant. They had informed us that we needed to book 2 rooms and separate from our children. That was a little unnerving and perhaps a misunderstanding. Not sure why parents should be separated from their small children.

Close to Kawasaki station, and really convenient to the near by restaurant/shopping center/convenience stores. Quiet, and easy to check out.

The location of the hotel was great as it was a 5 min walk from Keikyu-Kawasaki station. The room was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the design of the room was modern. There was a nice tv facing in the bed as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Extending the check out time by 3 hours was reasonably priced too. My room was a little tight for opening luggage. Also would have been helpful to have a trash can under the desk or in the room instead of the bathroom. The WiFi was slow.

At first we have booked a way smaller room (my mistake as the description is well detailed and 100% accurate), but after an upgrade we were super happy. The room is great and super spacious. What made us very surprised was that the hotel still offers daily cleaning (lots of hotels stopped doing that after covid). As our room was super messy with all our luggage, we skipped the cleaning, but everyday the hotel left a bag outside our room with clean new towels, face towels, bathroom rug AND two waters. We were super happy and impressed by that. Only the pillow. It was too hard and uncomfortable. I had to buy a new one or I couldn't sleep (but it was super cheap and I was able to bring it home with me, so no real problem here).

The location is beyond perfect. Extremely close to a JR and a local subway stations and to shopping and restaurant places. The hotel is in a calm street, but walking distance from lots of kombini stores and things to do. The free amenities are great, the face cleansing was my favorite. PLEASE, only get them as necessary to be used during your time in the hotel. Don't be a rude person getting a bunch of them as they are souvenir, they are not! Be a nice and polite tourist. The pillow was extremely uncomfortable. I had to buy one because the one provided was too hard (which was not a problem as the price was super cheap and I brought it back home with me). The room was SUPER small, but it was a mistake that I accept responsibility for. Please note the description of the room is 100% accurate and the photos exactly like the room is. I thought that I could fit two large luggage +two carry on baggage in this room, but it was impossible (again, my mistake). Believe me, YOU CANNOT FIT IT. Pay a little extra for more space because you can't fit Brazil inside Japan. I talked to the front desk and I was able to upgrade my room and got a much better one for a little extra payment.
