The location has everything that a traveller needs: Uniqlo, Yodobashi, TOHO cinemas, shuttle bus to RAKU SPA onsen, ramens, shotengai, two train stations (JR and Keikyuu). You can get to Tokyo station in around 20 minutes from JR Kawasaki. This is a good choice in case hotels in Tokyo are packed.

Good location for Haneda airport. It's pretty close to the station and there are easy trains to the airport. Friendly staff. Basic hotel. Nothing memorable.

Staff would not let me leave my bag on the premises before check in as I went to attend to my business matters. They also didn’t mention my hotel had been changed, as the current branch was closed, due to coronavirus. If they said at the time I would have not gone there twice and had to go out of the way. Ignored my fluent Japanese requests, polite protests and complaint at the lack of information.
