I just stopped for a night for a work trip.The stuff was friendly and well-mannered. There is also a service area to have some hot drinks for free. The bedding was quite comfortable and clean. The floor and walls were a little bit dirty.

Easy to get too and convenient next to airport with easy access to Tokyo downtown and Hakone. Staff friendly and rooms nice. Accommodating to very late (5 hour delay) check in. Did very well for single night layover. Pillow was uncomfortable?

I am happy with everything. The staff are nice, the room is clean and quiet. The breakfast is good. If they can provide a usb plug charging facility will be great

The staff were friendly although they didn't speak English there were a few miss- communications. It was nice they provided a few breakfast items. The rooms reaked of smoke and they didn't feel clean. Marks of something sticky on the wall.

Great staff. Coin laundry and vending machines on site. Great location near many convenient stores, restaurants, malls. Very affordable. Each family member had their own room. Free WiFi.

The breakfast is good enough and have western options such as bread with margarine or jelly. The ubication is excellent, very close to the Kawasaki and Keyku Kawasaki stations. For the price is excellent. The attention from the personal is also excellent. The ambience of the hotel and their sorrundings is very japanese and authentic. The personnel doesn't speak english, but they try to comunicate well and they success on it.

Lack of communication at the front desk, lady didn’t speak any English I think this created the issue of me being charged twice. I payed online, then when I got there I was charged for my stay also. There was no way of having a conversation to clarify the matter.
