I feel like the hotel and property were well maintained. The staff was friendly, though the breakfast was not all that appealing. The waffle mis was so runny and did not form a waffle when poured onto the waffle iron and the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were cold. Eggs looked very dried out and inedible so we did end up eating somewhere else but had breakfast not been a factor, I would definitely recommend the hotel itself for the cleanliness and the nice staff.

The room was clean and everyone was kind. I like staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel

Bed comfortable, room clean, quiet ,great breakfast . Hotel room was ok. Bathroom very small and claustrophobic . Didn’t like that sink was in room. Breakfast room was way too small for guests. Reception wasn’t very communicative. Ok for 1 night. Found Harmon park nearby which was lovely.

We are blue members and we're under the impression we could upgrade to a spa room if there was one available. But because we booked and paid online before getting to the hotel they said we couldn't upgrade. A little confusing since we've stayed at numerous AmericInns

I needed to leave a day early and told the manager when I checked in. He said to take it up with Expedia. I called Expedia and hey called the front desk. Expedia called me back and said I was all set. I went down to the front desk and asked for the refund and they refused. The manager said, "Expedia is lying to you."

Asked for a couple of special requests but those must have been either ignored or missed. So those did not happen but was not a dealbreaker. Maybe pay closer attention to those things next time

Check-in was easy, hotel felt safe, room was big and beds were very comfortable. The blackout shades didn't quite cover the well-lit parking area so our room was quite bright.

Okay for a one night stay. Only two issues: 1. The TV channels were very limited and 2. The lighting in the room and bathroom was terrible.

Very clean, friendly staff, continental breakfast with waffle maker, hot breakfast options (when we were there it was eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy) as well as the basic options like toast, bagel, cereal etc. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and fun for my child traveling with us. The beds were very comfortable and looked brand new. Great restraunt options within walking distance. Coffee maker, Microwave and Refrigerator in room. I also appreciated the quality of the shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Overall, great stay and we will definitely stay there again while in Chadron. The only thing I would not have liked if staying more than one night is the small bathroom for our family.
