This is a newly refurbished hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very cordial. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen of any hotel recently. The rooms were quite in a great location.

Very clean room. Delicious breakfast. Pool area was okay. We were in connecting rooms to people having a birthday party and it was very loud.

Really the only “complaint” is that the shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There were multiple hairs in it that weren’t from us.

I really appreciated how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the property was. The overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would also like to commend the staff, who were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our visit. They were always willing to assist and made every effort to ensure that our needs were met. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service contributed greatly to our overall experience and left a very favorable impression. None

Staff very helpful with supplying additional pillows, blankets, sheets for couch and brought additional towels in a timely manner. Breakfast was well stocked.

We stayed at this property twice this trip once on our way to the destination and one on the way back. Our room on the way there was clean and tidy. Our room on the way home needed some love. It was missing a screw on the light switch and the corners of the shower were pretty grimy. The breakfasts were the usual Holiday Inn Express. The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel is in a great location off 80.
