I really appreciated that the mattress was wrapped in a zip up protector. It was noticeable that the owner has been putting effort into making the rooms nice. The kitchen man was phenomenal! Every staff member we talked to was perfessional and friendly! The hotel needs more help or maybe structure to get it cleaned up. The hall ways were awful and our rooms floor needed swept and mopped. This hotel could be great again if the cards were played correctly and under good management

The walkway was filthy empty chip bags for three days spilled something sticky right in front of the door that walks into the motel very dirty The property itself had very overgrown grass, weeds trees, very bad appearance

No comfortable seating in the room. I'm probably going to be here for 13 weeks and im desperate to find a different place so I can have an actual chair or couch to sit on in the evenings after work. The room does have a small kitchen table inside chairs but they are so uncomfortable

The room was nice big When I turned off the a/c the room smelt like old cigarette smoke, the TV didn't let me sign into streaming apps.

Stayed here with extended family with an adjoining room. The room had been hurriedly cleaned as there were still clearly uncleaned things (toothpaste on the bathroom wall, behind the beds). It looks as if they are trying to renovate or have done some parts as the room looked recently redone but the main public spaces were pretty run down. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Exterior doors to the hotel did not close on their own and unfortunately our room door was able to be pushed open even when pulled closed. Solved that by security locking the door and only using the adjoining room door for entering and exiting. The breakfast was pretty standard on the go kind of breakfast. The attendant both at breakfast and check in were very nice, pleasant, and helpful. Overall not the worst place I’ve ever been, but I would probably go out of my way not to stay again if I was ever in the area.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly! The hotel was descent, but seemed outdated even though it was recently remodeled and hallway floors not very clean, also trash was filled outside. My room was okay.

We would have had breakfast each night. I was traveling with others and they were my transportation. When we arrived at the facility, we were assured that the room my colleague was staying in was handicapped accessible. It was not and they could not accommodate her as they had no other ADA compliant room. My room was not secure. The patio door lock had been broken so the door opened freely. They offered to put me in another room, but I would not have had transportation to my meeting.This is a multi-building complex. Building H had broken windows and looked like it was still being renovated. That building was also very hot. It seemed as though the air conditioning was not working.

Staff at front desk were helpful, however the hallways and staircases were nasty. When first walking into room is smelled of cigarette smoke. Went to breakfast in the morning, the guy incharge of breakfast was very rude to multiple customers and made us very uncomfortable. Also the breakfast was not good at all.

Rooms were large and clean, pool was very nice, the atmosphere had a tropical feel to.it. the chef at breakfast was super friendly and the kids loved the choices Cigarette butts in parking lot, things were dated but I can appreciate that they were working on updating everything
