Price. Good size room. Not far to walk to the beach. Cleanliness wasn't there. But you get what you pay for. Still ok for the money. Pool didn't look inviting.

Really close to the beach, and easy to access! You have also a small pool you can relax in the middle of the complex. The bedroom are classic and a bit old but clean Nothing for the price you paid you cannot complain

Staff good. Bed good. Rest of the villa needs attention. Furniture dilapidated. We been staying there a couple of years now and the toilet is still leaking. Not nice to step on wet floor at night.

Location. Facility was cute , comfortable and convenient for our stay. Everything is close by and staff were helpful and friendly. Nothing.

The bed was good No credit card payment option, limited breakfast and the time changed daily as per the host. 1st day was at 8am, then 7:30am and our last day, we did not even get breakfast.

Staff were helpful and allowed me to relax in the communal areas after check out time. My flight wasn't until 10pm. Location is handy to the airport. Beach is close, but wasn't suitable for swimming when I stayed. Pool was nice and quiet and I had it to myself.

It’s in a great area, very close to the beach and next door to a really nice multiple story hotel with a large pool and rooftop bar that you can just walk in and use. I only really rented the room to keep our stuff on the last day because of our late night flight, it’s a good area nice and close to the airport. Smelt like mould, the bathroom and weird kitchen area is dark old and gross really, not sure what the top floors were like though.

The staff is friendly and polite. I really appreciate his help when asked for fresh linen and to cancel the rest of the nights because I was not happy with the room conditions. The cleanliness in the bathroom. We decided to stay one night because it was very late to move.

Balinese villa, close to the beach, lovely man at the reception, big room and big fridge in the room. Very quiet too. Maybe just the doona on the bed (an extra sheet would be very good), and a little smell in the bathroom, but that’s all ?

2 minutes walking distance from the beach, the staff was very helpful and they can cater to all your needs at any time. The state of bathroom could have been better with locks on the doors

They cancelled our booking, a few hours before arrival. We were in a taxi on our way to the villa from Pemuteran and had to find somewhere else to stay

Location was excellent and host very friendly. While the room was clean there was an unpleasant smell in our bathroom. An easy fix with some room deodoriser.
