B&B Hotel Kehl

Leaving They made me pay for free coffee. The room has no closet, no drawers, no washcloths, no hair conditioner. I asked for an iron (also not in the room) and they charged me 10 Euros for that as well. It was filled with teenagers and has a god damn vending machine with alcohol in it so all of these brats has access to booze unsupervised and were loud as hell running around, arguing and crying.

There is a close by market and burger house 4 days long housekeeping didn’t come for cleaning No gym room at the hotel that size not make any sense

Very dissatisfied. The bed was much smaller than expected, and Booking.com should clearly state the exact bed size instead of just calling it a “twin.” Although the place itself looks clean and neat, the bed sheets smelled terrible. It seems like they may have been stored near the kitchen, as they had a strong burned-oil odor, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

The staff came to our room without telling us opening the door and told as that we smoke inside and blocked our cards very rude

The room and bathroom were very dirty with old dirt. Cleaning is done only quickly on surfaces.

Beautiful, modern clean room. Just minutes to the tram to Strasbourg. We arrived on a holiday at 2:30 pm and there were no staff to be found. The doors would not open so we discovered a touch screen at the entrance that we were required to use to check ourselves in. After much aggravation with the system, we finally got our code to enter the building. Upon arrival at our room, the code (which we needed to enter our room) had disappeared from my phone. I left my partner in the hall with the luggage and tried to get help from the staff who was finally on duty. She told me to wait ten minutes and then told me to call her.

Nice shower, comfortable bed, spacious room with adequate clothes handing facilities. The AC and comfy duvet and pillow was a bonus to a good nights sleep. The walls next to the bed weren't cleaned, as there were boogers and finger marks from previous guests...

Great customer service and location. Breakfast buffet was nice and provided many options for a reasonable value. Perfect stay for our football tournament.

The location is excellent. The personnel was great. The bathroom was excellent. Spacious, clean, good lighting. Good parking space. Everything was excellent for a B&B. Nothing.

The hotel was really comfortable, clean, well located, good price/quality. I would just ask free drinking water for guests and a better blanket (we had two individual instead of of big). Maybe a microwave would be also good. But I enjoyed very much the place, people was really nice! No free drinking water.

Super clean, warm, and provided everything you needed. That room are new and comfy. The staff is very helpful and friendly! You can book breakfast on the morning itself and has everything. The hotel is also very close to the tram station which can take you to the centre. Also super easy checkin by yourself. parking is also free in the open parking space next to the hotel. Overall a perfect value for money Nothing

Great location, just 20 minutes from the train station and maybe 5-10 minutes to pick up the tram to Strasbourg The bathroom reeked of sewage. We didn't even bother showering because the smell was so bad. Breakfast costs extra for a 'B&B', and they don't allow luggage storage on-site if you arrive early or need to leave later. There are limited storage lockers at the train station.
