We had a great stay and no issues.

Nice room, very clean and new. Everyone was friendly, although some of the other guests seemed a bit stuck up lol. Oh well

Free parking is available and close. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Room was very clean, along with the swimming pool. Would utilize their service again in the future.

I just wish their complimentary breakfast is better as by 9am there’s barely anything left. Overall the property is very clean and comfortable.

Great location, clean rooms and comfy beds- breakfast was a little lack luster from other locations of theirs but coffee was delicious.

The tv had a poor picture and sound quality. They no longer provide coffee makers in the rooms.

As a solo traveler, I felt super safe staying here. The lobby door locked and required a key card to enter. Victoria was super lovely and welcoming and made sure I knew where everything was and all the amenities that were available to me. I also really liked that I did not have to go put a parking pass in my car in the middle of the night. My only “issue” is that the AC was not on at all when I got in my room and it took about 5 minutes to turn on. Also, it kept turning off/on in the middle of the night and kept a waking me up.

The front staff was super unfriendly and left me wanting to never stay there again. Very difficult and inappropriate, do not recommend

For a Holiday Inn, I was extremely disappointed with the friendliness of the staff. As always, the bed and pillows were great. The breakfast was also lacking in options, unless you were vegetarian.

Low water pressure, beds were uncomfortable we left a day early due to no sleep

Great lobby/sitting area. Lots of travelers playing games and being social. Nice vibe.

Breakfast staff provided excellent service.

Just Make Sure that they Don't Book you on the 5 Freeway side of the Hotel, like they did us...it was Noisy all Hours of the Day & Night, so much so that it did wake me up a couple of times in the middle of the night due to all of the Semi Truck Traffic...
