Old facility. Short on outlets. Smells old and musty. Short on towels. No hair dryer. Continental breakfast. Nothing hot. Will not stay here again.
-
Nice stopover, not close to any bars or lounges though. Cafe next door has good food and breakfast all day though.

Smelly hallway

We spent 4 nights in July and were pleased with our stay. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed and was very clean. The staff were great and very accommodating.
-
The staff were great the room was clean, not much to write home about. Good for a one off night.
-
Room was clean and property was well taken care of as well. Breakfast was perfect for grab and go!
-
For an older hotel it was okay. Kinda expensive for what you got. I thought the 4 p.m. check in was ridiculous.

We are seniors and there wasn't an elevator. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.
-
Good value compared to other hotels in the area. Clean comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very light breakfast and no place to eat it. Take to your room or car to eat on your way.

It was a nice one night stay.

Check in was easy, and Edie at the front desk was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate despite the room issues. Our room was outdated, layers of dust on every lamp, bed frame and headboard. The coffee pot and coffee maker was dirty as was the ice bucket. Edie was able to get us a cleaner one though. Bed was comfortable so at least there’s that. Limited complimentary breakfast from 6-9, but if you’re not an early riser there won’t be much to choose from as it’s really just a first come first serve breakfast. Very different from the hotels I typically stay in. I brought our concerns up to an assistant manager, I was told that while how unfortunate it was, our room was not clean, there was nothing they can do regarding our booking because it was booked third-party. Yet, according to Expedia, their hands are tied because the hotel is the only one who can alter or change booking costs. Typical finger-pointing and nobody wants to take accountability. Also, there is no elevator on site. The hotel was able to get us into a first floor room as requested.

We had a great time at the Brew Fest and walked from the Silver Inn to the gondola. When checking in, our room was really clean and welcoming. There was no dirt or dust to be seen anywhere, even behind the bathroom door, which is a spot often missed in hotels. Great job housekeeping crew! The front desk staff were also really kind and helpful through our check-in and check-out process. We will definitely stay again when in Kellogg!

Awesome little hotel, highly recommend!
-
Wasn’t really expecting all, but overall “breakfast” experience is not recommend able. Hallways can be extremely noisy when bad guests or unruly children are present during quiet hours.
-
We definitely would stay again.

We stayed here on our journey to and from Yellowstone. We loved it each time. Quiet and quaint with food close by. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean.

The Silver Inn was better than we expected. Probably once a chain hotel, it has been well maintained, was clean and well run. Many of the hotels in along the Trail of the Couer d'Alene are VERY expensive and NOT in great shape. This was the opposite - great hotel for a fair price. Minimal breakfast, but that's fine with us. We'll be back!

Room was clean, easy parking for all types of rigs, noisy on the freeway side but earplugs cancelled that out.

Room was clean. Hotel is nice.

The beds were comfy, everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was just yogurt and bagels, nothing substantial. The view was amazing and it was close to food, trails and the river.
