Kaliptus Hotel

Swimming pool is clean We rented two rooms and on the first night there were bedbugs in one of them, they bit my parents-in-law, everything was in blood from exploded bedbugs, they even bit my mother-in-law in the eyelid and it swelled up badly in the following days. The hotel refused to compensate for this in any way, they moved them to another room, but when I tried to talk to the manager about it, he suddenly stopped speaking English and tried to pretend that he did not understand what I was talking about. Then they said that they had never had bedbugs in the hotel before, and that meant that the previous guests in this room brought them with them and left them in the bed. But even if so, it only means that they do not clean the rooms well, that after their guests, there are bedbugs. They refused to refund us for that night and said to resolve this issue with Booking, although customer support said that the hotel should make a refund, so they are being investigated by Booking for this. Over the next few days we saw them going back and forth to this room with cleaning products, trying to get rid of bedbugs, although according to the standards they should have thrown out all the mattresses and sheets and disinfected the entire hotel. So if you check in here, know that there were bedbugs in room 203 and they could have crawled into the neighboring ones and if you are bitten, the hotel will not help you in any way. There are also a lot of mice on the territory, cats catch them and leave them torn to pieces on the territory and near the rooms, which means that they have complete unsanitary conditions not only with bedbugs, but also with rodents. The rooms are cramped, the windows are small, or the view is inside the hotel, so either you sit in the stuffiness or the neighbors will look at you. Everything was broken in our room, we asked to change the door in the shower, they came to "fix" it and the next day it broke again. The only bright side is a clean pool.

Breakfast Clean Great location Nice decoration It’s not something bad but it’s like caution! ⚠️ to all guests be aware from the windows in the room, It has a classic type of moving, it could be dangerous for your children if you don’t put the iron pieces correctly. I’m saying this to keep you safe and give attention to prevent any accident

Comfy small hotel near the city centre. Pool, terrace, good breakfasts - all we need. Silence during the night.

Perfectly situated for those looking for a quiet location just around the corner from the shops, bars and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the beach but not something that bothered us. The personnel are helpful and friendly, a real joy as nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend booking the airport shuttle via the Kaliptus Hotel. As it says in the information; the transfer is not free, but we found the cost reasonable and the service was excellent including the organisation via messages. Lots of variety for breakfast including fresh vegetables of very good quality. The room was kept very clean and although reasonably basic, had everything we needed. Overall, a great choice of hotel on a budget. My only criticism is that the room doesn’t have great sound insulation. Having said that, the hotel was quiet at night so it didn’t cause a problem sleeping.

I liked that its close to beach, shops, bazars, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful even if not everyone spoke english. The place has good atmosphere, the pool and the outside seating is nice. The rooms are okay, AC vorks nice, wet clothes can be hung outside/ The cats were super cute There are some small inconvinience that we faced. The rooms were not very soundproof you hear a lot like the window is open even when its not. We had a hole on our door, and a chewing gum paper was stuffed in ut I guess to cover it. The water in the shower was cold if we showered late. The shower cabin was not waterproof on the bottom so the water leaked to the bathroom every time. But overall except this our stay was pleasent

Each year I book flights and hotels for all my family and we reunite in different countries. Now, You may know as a son how hard it is to book places for your old parents, siblings and nephews as each of them come with different demands. So I try to secure places that are quiet at night, family friendly and the most I care about is the helpful staff. This place was just like a home for us,VERY COSY. back yard and pool such a lovely place, very close to the centre and only 5 mins walk to shopping centre and 10-15min walk to beach. lovely cats and 3 cute small turtles in yard . At any time we needed towels it has been provided. This is a hotel that a proud son called Erkal owns. He is Turkish/German citizens. Every 6 months he comes and PERSONALLY stays on his hotel business, and lemme tell you this , he doesn't need to do it, the guy is mented. He's got few cars and houses not only that, his lovely mum supervises on breakfast quality, a lovely Turkish woman the vibe she gave to me I immediately kept calling her "Anne", means Mum. so you tell me how lovely and family friendly a place can be if a son and his mum having eyes on things?!! if you are reading this dont hesitate, just book it. But if you are looking for a place for stag or having parties or end up coming to your room wasted and drunk , then no sorry you will disturb families. Book another place. But if you want to get out at 6am to swim in the sea, just like that walk home, take a shower start breakfast at 8 then go out for shopping then come home for lunch, get rest ,wear your night outfit and do night shipping, dinner, baklava with tea then this is the place. Recently I have become a verified spotify artist. I go by "Ayyduu". Hopefully at one point in the future we will visit this place when gigs and tours come. No pain no gain. Let's get it.

Breakfast ok. Location in town but quiet Bed bugs everywhere. All family spots from dirty beds. Told hotel owner. But he did nothing. Spots and lumps on hands legs arms back on neck terrible.

The hotel was amazing. It has a central location and very comfortable and cozy rooms. It is quite the catch in Kemer. The staff are quite welcoming and the receptionist Erkan is really polite. I really enjoyed the pool on hot July days and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from in the morning. This place has a nice garden full of cats which is honestly so nice and cute. Highly recommended. Best hotel to stay in for a peaceful stay. The hotel is amazing that is for sure, however the things i didn't like is that they didn't offer shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms. Also, for some people this point doesn't matter, but for me as i was part of a girls' trip, it did, which is the fact that there isn't a mirror in the room except the bathroom mirror. This makes it hard to get ready at the same time. It would be much appreciated if they added a mirror.

The owner was really friendly and welcoming. We had a really nice breakfast in the morning and enjoyed playing with the turtles and cats in the courtyard ? location was great!

Location, excellent breakfast and dinner option, design and decoration of hotel/room, external drying rack. Excellent value for money. Bathroom shower is open style and may be little bit tricky for use. Soundproofing is not good. Hotel housekeeping policy is not clear.

The address was OK, Some staff ok and friendly. Breakfast OK. Too many begging cats at the dining tables. No hot water in the room. In the evening you could be lucky with some lukewarm water. Dinner was not of the best quality.

Close to the city center and the beach, but a quite place. Historical building (for those who like the style). Nice territory with a pool. Breakfast is included and it's good, traditional.
