They ensured parking spot They have a beach bar They clean daily, replace consumables, change sheets Animation team is trying their best, although in my opinion the level is weak (some small talk, darts, bocha, aqua gym) Fresh omelette every morning, but 30 mins later after breakfast start For the money you pay, lets say it is what you pay for Nobody speaks english (except 2 persons from the animation team) Rception does not speak english, we were using translate via phone, and they asked me to switch to "ruski translation" even though they had the languages mentioned "Uk, German, russian and turkish" Food is enough as volume, but not enough meat, and the taste is so and so Kitchen staff does not speak english Bar staff does not speak english Beach bar staff does not speak english (only 1 guy, think was the manager, was speaking english at beach bar) Beer is non alchoolic, i drank over 20 per day because it was basically replacing water They have a "snack" but everyday was a bad burger, not even real meat. They reuse the food that remains from breakfast to make lunch/ dinner and viceversa 99% russian people in it so the music that animation team was using was 80% russian songs, 15% turkish songs, and 5% international songs. Beach is with stones / pebbles and less sand The sunbeds are included, but the cover material to have shade is weak, you get sunburned while you stay on the sunbed under the cover Animation low level, (although they try their best) I seen more 4star and also 5star hotels in turkey and they were above Elamir. Dont go if you dont understand russian or turkey language.

Great location, very kind and friendly staff. Everything is clean. In my opinion, they just need to dedicate a part of the hotel to a gym.

Come out of session had a lovely relaxing time staff was very friendly

Room, cleanliness, pool and beach were nice. Staff was helpful. Food was pretty good. Reading other reviews I expected nobody to speak English, but at least receptionist spoke good english. There were no many guests, it was quiet and nice for relaxing. The seasonal renovations were going on during our stay, but I guess it has to be done. Beach could be cleaner, there is lovely dog but nobody cleans after him. I suppose during full season the beach is maintained better too.

Not far from sea disgusting sewer smell throughout the hotel, I didn’t like the room where it smelled like a toilet

I did not like anything about the Hotel. It is one of the worst Hotels I have been to. The rooms were filthy, dirty, and we also had ants in the room (in the bed and everywhere else). When I asked to change the room, I was told that there is no room available and that ants would be normal and that it is unusual that I do not have ants at home. The food was also awful. If something is left on the open buffet, the hotel would take it and put it for multiple days and not even think about the hygiene aspect. The room cleaning service told me that the hotel does not clean sheets and that they charge people extra for broken stuff that was there before. The person who is working at the reception at night is extremely rude and does not know anything about the tourism industry. When we complained about the ants, he was on the phone and would stay on the phone while talking to us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Room was ok and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was half empty, dirty and had loads of rubbish in it. Also a trough near the pool had no covers on it and a lady tripped into it one evening and hurt herself. The only drinks available on the all inclusive were beer and wine. The wine was very poor quality and the beer ran out on the 2nd Evening. I had a word with the manager and he promised it would be available on the next night which it was. The pool bar was not always manned, so we had to chase around to get a drink. We also went to the shop and bought a bottle of wine and whiskey to get a decent drink. The bar on the beach had beer, but they would not include it. Only thing available was coffee and water. The food was mediocre.
