Grand Viking Hotel - All Inclusive

lovely room with balcony, very helpful and supportive staff, meal choices are endless (combination of turkish and intetnational), they also provide shuttle to the beach and city centre. all inclusive also included fittness, pool, ping pong, water.. we were very satisfied we left with so much weight gained :-)

Amazing value. Beautiful location right by the forest and a short walk to an unspoilt beach - or you can take the shuttle to the hotel's private section of the beach. The WiFi was inconsistent while I was there which was tricky because I was working but the staff went out of their way to help me.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was really nice and clean. Food was good with unlimited local drinks. And the location was really close to town for shopping and the beach for relaxing. The gym and indoor pool was a bonus. Some glasses and cutlery were not cleaned properly with all the meals we had.

The staff was really kind and helpful! The buffet was quite simple, with not so many choices. We staid 10 days and at the end, we had really the impression to eat the same all the time ..

We like especially the kind and flexible concern of the staff we have experienced from the first moment of coming and till the moment of the departure. They showed great hospitality, provided us a discount in regard to our special circumstances with part of our group who was not able to arrive in the day of check-in and were ready to handle all our requests, even to change our room in order to be close to other part of our group. Besides, we really liked the location that was so close to the nature, the food that was delicious and the taste reminded us the best dishes that we had in grandmother home, the room to the forest side with smell of pines, the facility that was really clean and has everything inside and even Internet connection that was pretty good to handle all the needed things while being in vacation. It was also good to know that the property had been renovating, so you could get the renovated room in a hotel that is not really new. We also like all the waters, housekeepers, drivers and others, since all of them were really hospitable and care of us great way. Special thanks to Evgenia for your kind and personal support! All good things mentioned above cover some little things that could make any inconvenience. It is no need even to mention about. Just share your problem to the staff and you will see how they could help you in any matter!

It stood out that the entire staff was very attentive, and kind. We received a very personal service. The massage therapist was outstanding regarding knowledge and comes highly recommended.

Location is ok. Far from center but has a nice mountain view This is worst all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed. Except their regular breakfast/lunch/ dinner time the only food that is available is “gozleme” and there is no other food. The facility is old and not very clean. They have a small pool for the size of hotel which has a waterslide that makes the pool further small and inconvenient. We never used the pool. They have shuttle service to the beach. Beach is relatively nice but you have to pay for anything that you drink or eat. Only they provide sun-bed and umbrella for free. For an all inclusive hotel that you have to pay for all at beach is weird. The bar is only open from 11 am to 10 pm. They have only very basic drinks nothing special. Food was in general bad. They had almost no red meat except one night which they call turkish night. For entertainment they have almost nothing. Again the entertainment was ok on turkish night but other than that almost nothing to do for kids even. Check out time is stated as 11 am although our booking was showing 12.
