There were two single beds in the double room, it's a twin room in fact. Sleeping on separate beds moved together is not comfortable. The shower was terrible - water temperature could change abruptly from normal to ice cold or boiling hot! So that I preferred to shower in the spa center instead. The food could be better. Kids club was only open during the New Year party.

First hotel have experience changing for WiFi even when we paid the WiFi was the worst so slow so we got ripped off paying for WiFi Just the local people that you can mingle with the local market

I did not like they value The prices, I booked one room for one person with 390 $ per one night While other people came to the hotel " without even a previous booking" and they got a room for 2 persons with 150$ And i heard from others that it less than that know that i really wanted to book 3 days And i only got 2 days of availability 2.The room was mostly clean but the bed sheets were not clean 3. For a big resort like this There should be more mini bars for the people especially during activities & parties

The place has great amenities, an impressive lobby, a very good kitchen (for an all-inclusive). The beer on tap is Tuborg! The place has a decent gym and spa too. Helpful staff. The common areas are all very stylish and updated. The WiFi was extra except the extra-slow one in the lobby. Also, the door lock was very glitchy and the card had to be re-initiated a few times. The rooms are also very dated. Many cracked tiles and the showers are old.

Clean hotel, food are good. Stuff is helpful and I recognize their effort to give good service to customers. Pool is good and have a nice mountain view. It is close to main center and shops etc.Room was cleaned everyday, TV is new and have many channels in different languages. Balcony was big and has nice mountain view. If you are with your family and kids I think this hotel suitable for you and price is affordable. Hotel is a 10 or 15 min walking distance from sea (but they have shuttle frequently). Coffee is not good, it is sth different it is not a coffee and there was no milk inside of the machine. Internet is not free, you have to pay 3 dolar/day. You have to sign a document at the reception that in case if you are covid pozitif and need to quarantine at the hotel you have to pay all, if you cannot take this risk better to stay in a cheaper hotel:).
