Imperial Turkiz Resort Hotel - All inclusive

Stuff doesn’t care , yet seems new but was a huge mistake to go there

Good location, excellent resort and amazing beach side for the guests.

First of all, the location. A bit out of the way, and practically by the sea. Very nice main hall and beautiful staircase creating (especially in the evening) a nice and pleasant atmosphere with atmospheric lighting. Additionally, the hotel is not large, so I also consider intimacy to be a plus. Deluxe room on the 4th floor was of a decent size and had a nice view of the mountains, sea and pool. Food in the All inclusive option - also okay. A taxi guaranteed by the hotel that was supposed to wait at the airport after leaving the arrivals hall - a disaster.No one was waiting with my name and surname, although they had information about the flight number that I gave when booking the taxi.After looking for a taxi driver, which took me over 45 minutes, I bought a Turkish SIM card (additional cost) by calling the phone number indicated in the booking and it turned out that the taxi would be there in 5 minutes.The driver did not even know which hotel to go to - so from the beginning of the holiday we were treated to only stress.The hotel itself is heavily depreciated - the lock that closes the door to the room (room 402) does not work - you could not lock yourself in at night.The lock that closes the balcony door from the terrace on the bedroom side does not work.The rain shower does not work - i.e. it starts right after turning on the water, and then stops running a moment later.The switches do not work, the lack of soundproofing means that you can hear everything and everyone moving in the corridor and closing the door at any time of day or night.The indoor pool - closed - and I chose this hotel with a morning swim in mind - THERE WAS NO SUCH INFORMATION ON THE BOOKING.COM WEBSITE that the pool is not working.The walls in the rooms - stains and peeling wallpaper - it looks as if someone was laying and painting the rooms without having any idea about it and minimal aesthetics.One also gets the impression that the hotel does not employ enough staff because, for example, during lunch or dinner, you had to search for staff to ask them for something to drink, to clean the table or, for example, to wipe the floor because someone had just spilled a sticky mixture.In the confectionery, there was often no service - I had to wait even for almost 10 minutes - because the lady was serving at the same time in the Diamond restaurant, where there was, for example, lunch or dinner.

Everything was nice, and we had a pleasant holiday at the hotel. The receptionist, Alpar, was very helpful and ready to assist

Nice accommodations, friendly staff (like Svetlana the client relationship manager, Mehmet who helped us with the luggage and Okan the Reception Manager). It takes your stress away!

Good

No hospitality, no civilaized personal, no internet, no clean restaurant, Nothing was planned.

Location 1- very bad reception 2- The weather in antalya is already too hot and the air-conditioning in the entire hotel is not working 3-room once entered, had more than 3 flying insects in it along with being hot and air-conditioning not working. 4-reception was rude and helped with the bare minimum and sent me someone just to convince me as to why the ac was not working and hot 5- hotel does not put any lights on, and at night, the entire reception is dark and very unnerving 6-during the day in the lobby, people are scattered sleeping on couches without any care for public perception 7-room service through room phone is impossible to reach Altogether, this is one of the worst experiences.

We had a confirmed booking but The room, secured by credit card, was not available on arrival. Our well expected holliday turned into a nightmare. No help at all from booking.com Soo, the Holliday started with a wife and child crying on the street. Then we had to look for a hotel. Can You imagine the prices and stress The hotel dosn,t guaranty a confirmed booking The booking.com don't guaranty a confirmed booking. They play with people lifes, time and money This hotel and booking.com are God's or one is God and the other îs Alah. Very bad and unprofessional people in the both sides.

Entertainment is poor. Staff not professional and needs to be trained. Average.

The beach was clean and close to the hotel. What was surprising to me was that the new employees were more kind and welcoming than the old ones. There were two girls who did an amazing job even though they didn’t understand english that well. One brunette worked as a welcome comittee for people coming to eat dinner and the other (wearing a hijab) served cold/warm drinks and coffee. Their warm smiles and kindness made us feel as ease. There was also this funny guy on the entertainment team who gathered people to play water polo and such. I’d employ someone like him too. 1. 98% of the staff don’t speak or understand english. Even the reception staff. 2. No WiFi in rooms or beach area. The only place for free and weak WiFi is reception area. 3. Found a large black spider on our bed the first night. Also the refridgerator doesn’t work, it’s more of a microwave! 4. Food was a big fail, I’d give it a 1,5/10. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was the same ALL THE TIME. No variety whatsoever. We found bread that went bad and they still served it. 5. Waiters ran around while we were eating and took our plates before we were even finished. On a hurry as they were to get rid of customers, they dropped food, forks and such on the floor. 6. Drinks that they served for free at the beach and cafeteria were at a dissapointing level. Presentation and taste wise 2/10. 7. Street cats were allowed to run around the entire hotel area. They slept on the cafeteria and dining seats. Fear of catching lice on this trip did come to mind once or twice… 8. Room service did no cleaning whatsoever (explaines the spider on the bed). They only made our bed and gave us new towels (except one time). Dust was flying around the entire room. 9. One day I asked the reception for an extra blanket at 6pm because room service took it and left us with only one! I had to ask again after 6 hours because no one brought us anything. Once they did, it was a blanket without a sheet. Another 2h went by waiting for a sheet. We got to go to sleep at 2am. During our entire one week stay, NOT ONE staff member apollogized for mistakes they made. I do a lot of traveling thanks to my work and I’ve seen a few hotels that were not on the level of which they promised, but this one by far takes the cake.

The client service was amazing. We had a free diner at the a la carte restaurant. All the food was amazing! The location is perfect and we loved the private beach Everything was the way I wanted it to be, this hotel was better than expected!

The room smelled a lot like food because it was above the kitchen. Very uncomfortable

Disappointing

location was perfect, we booked std room but we get upgreat to Sea view room, rooms are comfortable and clean, food was tasty, hotel is in centrum of Kemer but its quit you can walk to shopping centre in 5 min.
