Miranda Moral Beach Hotel

Salads were super. Staff were nice. Beach was lovely though stoney Health and safety was well below any acceptable standards. Fire alarm on the wall was broken and hanging off the wall. The night lights on the stairs weren’t working. The booking says the alcoholic drinks were free between 11-9pm but I was charged for all drinks even though I showed them the website. The pool was locked up and not available to use.

Location is good, close to the beach and the centre. Beach is nice but overcrowded (that applies to all beaches along this seaside of Kemer due to the very narrow coastline), sea water was perfect and clean. Beaches face north-east, not the best for sunbathing. Hotel is rather outdated, refurbishment is strongly needed. Food is poor, choice is small, time to have the meals is very limited. Booking.com promised that alchoholic drinks are served free from 11. 00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m., but that was not true. Only non-alcholholic drinks were free. We booked a triple room, but the first night we spent was in a double room + extra bed, then a real triple room was provided.

Olga who runs the place is amazingly helpful, accommodating my every requests. Other staffs were friendly too. The room in the main building was of good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent. Really enjoyed my stay! No wifi in the room. Table tennis table is broken, dart is not available either.

Hot water in the bathroom sink would have been nice. I didn't shower so cannot say if there was hot water for the shower.

One the few available beach front options in November in Kemer. Own beach with sunbeds. Very tired and smelly. Barmen is on the wrong place - not able to make any cocktail asked. No coffee for the breakfast (except instant). All in all costs the money paid ( was cheap enough).

nothing The rude landlord, horrible host, the food is trash, bathrooms very dirty, yellow, too much smelling like canalisation in the hole room. wifi works only at the reception, huge insects coming from balcony, neighbours can see you very easily on balcony, even in the room very angry staff, rude and they doesn’t know about customer service they blamed us and refused to return money back when we told them about the dirty in the rooms they start laughing and ignored us the towels and the blankets were ripped and dirty from blood and rust disgusting ? had very bad experience and I will never come back here again booking should remove this property from the market asap The receptionist doesn’t speak english I wanted to cancel after one hour checking in , as it was horrible and they didn’t return my money back and they pushed us out of the hotels door with bags with no money at all

It is a very ruined hotel. a man working night shifts treats a man very badly. The woman working the morning shift is lying. There is no wifi in the rooms. The service is very poor. There is nothing in the ad. Please do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

i wish they had free wifi in the regular rooms.
