Mr Crane Hotel

The hotel was nice, and it has really great and clean pool. Hotel is also very clean, staff is really friendly but should work on english. The staff from reception was also fast responding to our requests, very nice and understanding. Desserts were delicious. Reception staff was also very helpful with arranging airport shuttle for us (50 eur in one way for 2 people). We’ve been to Turkey multiple times, all great experiences - until this. Hotel IS NOT beachfront, so that’s a lie - its’s located 1.3km from beach and you’re transported by bus there. This must be stated in description! When you come to the beach club, you can only lay at specific sun lounger - the last row and furthest from beach. Food is almost same everyday and poorly made. We payed for all inclusive, and if in the middle of lunch time the main course is already eaten - there is barely refill. While you as a guest eat regular cream with pancakes, only the owners eat Nutella at the table next to you - seems rude to the guests. Worst coffee ever. We’re very young and like to party, but this seemed excesive. There are parties by the pool every night 21h to midnight - not a place for you if you wanna sleep because of the loud music - also should be stated in description. At one side of our room we had loud music and from another loud dog. We have a dog and love animals, but if you are the owner of hotel, guests room door is not a place to keep your dog. Fitness centre is outside in the open, and was not working during our stay - so for us it wasn’t an option as we coudn’t work out in 35 degrees in heat during day.

Very nice hotel! Clean room and kind stuff. We stayed there for 8 nights, everything was fine. Food was delicious. Drinks were tasty. We liked it! Many thanks :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have a few impressions that I would like to share. The quality of the food was, unfortunately, only average. I didn't experience any surprises or particularly tasty meals. The service in the restaurant was solid, but the food was not what you would expect in a hotel of this level. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were ready to help with any question or problem I had, which made my stay at the hotel very easy. Especially mr. Selahetin was very polite Young boy from Belarus who worked at the pool bar, I could not remain indifferent to her behavior. He was arrogant and rude to the guests. This is completely unacceptable and spoils the vacation experience. I hope that the hotel will promptly react to such situations in order to ensure a respectable and pleasant stay for its guests. As for the animation program, the hotel should consider the suitability of the content for families with children. Two exotic dancers are not a suitable choice for an entertainment program in a hotel that is popular with families. Such contents may be inappropriate and unpleasant for the children present and their parents. Overall, this hotel has potential, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff in important positions such as the head chef and the pool barman must be improved to create a pleasant experience for all guests. Also, the content of the animation program should be considered to ensure that it matches the profile of the guests, especially families with children .

I liked the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially the chefs who were very welcoming and always present to serve the guests with a smile despite their hectic schedule. I quite liked the food with variety of dishes (I had the all inclusive option). The bus driver and the receptionist were equally friendly and professional. I loved the fact they listened to my request and gave me a quiet room with a great view. I had the best sleep ever. The room was cleaned everyday and was spotless. On top the location is great as it is just a bit outside the crowded places but within walking distance. Also, the pool area is amazing with a bar and a DJ with great music (who is I think at same time the bus driver from the morning who takes the customers to the beach). Overall I was very impressed by this hotel as I had stayed in another one in the area with similar price range and I can definitely say this hotel has exceeded my expectations. Nothing much I did not like except maybe the hamman area was not working but there was a problem with the water supply at that time.

A good 3* hotel. In general it was a nice stay. The food was a bit poor but considering the price you pay it is ok.

Hotel is located very close to the center of Kemer. It is a nice atmosphere in the evenings. For a 3* hotel it is worth its value. Hotel is a bit old fashion. Don't expect any luxury condition because it is only 3*. It is not the best food you can eat in Kemer of course but considering the money you pay, that's what you can get back.
