Location Mold in the room. Also the room was dirty and there was no hot water at the wash basin in the bathroom.

Room size little small.

The location is okay, but there are other hotels in the same location. There was mould and a bad smell in the bathroom and water all over the floor of the bathroom. The balcony door for both rooms we booked did not lock - which poses a security risk especially since we were on the street level. The walls sound as if they are paper-thin and you can hear everything going on in the nearby rooms - on the first night we were woken up by screaming from a nearby room. The bedsheets and towels felt dirty and on both mornings, I woke up with tiny lumps/bites on my hands and wrists. We did not raise any of these issues with the staff because they simply seemed uninterested in helping. Thankfully, we were only booked for 2 nights and left as early as possible after the second night. The hotel did not seem interested in garnering repeat business - I would advise not to give them your business, even once.

The property was in a good location, the owner is friendly and helpful! The pool was incredibly nice and refreshing- and clean! The remote to air conditioner was broken- everything else was great!

Location is the only positive moment. Booked hotel for six nights, so housekeeping has never come to room. I’ve asked staff ar reception three (!) times to bring bottled water and amenities - no any action. Moreover A/C system is gone to 5 litres bottle on a balcony, so I had to refill it twice or three times a day. Soundproofing is zero. Pool is also dirty. For same price I had booked hotels in Kaş, Kaleiçi - with muuuch better service, cleanness and staff attention.

Entrance reception area. Rooms were TINY. We were just able to walk around the bed. The bathroom was old and dirty and the shower was a hose that faced out into the room, and the fridge did not work. Very disappointing.

سلام . دوشب در این هتل اقامت داشتیم با خانواده . بسیار خوش برخورد بودن صبحانه خوبی داشت . دو تا استخر بود یکی برای بچه ها و یکی برای بزرگسال ها . وسایل بازی برای بچه ها موجود بود . من از خانم تاتینا تشکر می کنم .

Location is perfect. Small pretty hotel with helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. WiFi not great. Had no water for one whole day although not the hotels fault but not much alternative offered.

Good choice of food for breakfast. Food all fresh and plenty of it. Breakfast times were very accommodating.

When I got there, the first room they showed me was in the basement and was too dark, so I asked for a different one. Then, a second room which was too small and had a balcony facing a noisy street. This room also had mold, someone's hair in the bathroom, and a broken balcony door lock, which was a worry because I had two laptops with me and anyone could get in since the room was on the ground floor. Also, I could hear all noises, like people talking and toilets flushing, from other rooms because the walls were very thin. Talking to the hotel staff was hard because they did not speak English well. I tried to get a better room and even said I would pay more, but they said there were no other rooms. So, I had to cancel my stay and leave early, and they made me pay a fee for that. They said they would talk to me on WhatsApp about these problems but didn’t. I had to message them after one week, and they were not nice. They gave back money for only 2 nights, not the full 170 euros I paid. Furthermore, they accused me of not staying even with the broken lock and alleged that I didn't allow them an opportunity to fix things in the following days since they had rooms available on the 2nd and 3rd days. Yet, they never attempted to contact me during that time. My questions regarding this lack of communication were simply ignored. In summary, I think this hotel is horrible. They are not professional and don’t want to help you at all. I stayed in 5 different hotels during my 2-week trip, and this one was the worst.
