We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Nothing every thing was exelent

The hotel is always clean It's quiet, rooms are not facing the main boulevard, plus all music stops at 23:00. The food at the restaurant is very tasty ( lunch and dinner), the staff are always cleaning the restaurant Rooms are clean even though it's a bit small There is AC in the room The beach is at 7mn walk from hotel (ugur hotel beach) The resort is family friendly All the staff speak russian turkish, and bit of English On Sunday evening there is a music show (the singer mostly sings Russian repertory) Free coffee, tea, juce 24/7 Very good massage at the SPA (30€/h) The staff answers fast at WhatsApp messages They made us a discount when we prolonged our stayfor 3 more days Lobby: You need to pay to have wifi (1€ /day) wifi is free only in the lobby of the hotel. Rooms: Shower is a bit old, water leaks to the floor. Mini bar is empty and doesn't work, so you have to use the common fridge at the lobby Except changing towels, the rooms are not cleaned daily Hotel bar: Coffee is absolutely disgusting Juce is just sirop that you need to mix with water, the taste is very chemical (only 4 sorts apple, cherry, ananas and orange) Restaurant: The breakfast is always the same no variety and no fruits ! When the meal time ends, they turn off the AC and turn off the lights while we're still eating (pretty rude way) Pool bar: You need to ask the barman every time for any baverage soda or alcohol, you cannot serve yourself Only 2 kind of soda sprite and cola One kind of beer, one red wine and one white wine The rest of the alcohol baverages and cocktails cost 7€ each The pool opens at 10 a.m and closes at 6 p.m, the pool is very small, i think the smallest in kemer Beach and pool towels are given in exchange of a deposit, we gave 50€ for 6 towels, you can change them every two days, towels are ripped and in bad quality, they give you most of the time wet towels (not sure if they clean them or just reuse them straight away At the SPA, the turkish bath is old and dirty, the spa staff is rude, unprofessional and condescending especially the blond woman who works there, she fights every day with clients and colleagues There is no free bar at the beach, you can bring your drinks with you Reception area: The game room is old, it closes at 10 p.m, everything is broken there, the baby-foot is broken, the ping-pong table is broken, and the billiard is missing balls and is ripped, plus the AC doesn't work They propose you transfer from and to the airport for 50 € one way 1-5 person Almost no entertainment at all except on Sunday night fron 8 p.m to 11 p.m

Hotel require general renovation. Bathroom is in very bad condition, the fittings are rusty, toilet and shower leaked. Food was very poor, for dinner e.g. ready-made frozen meat a'la kebab. Very little variety of food. You can't eat in peace, loud russian disco music is play all the time during meals. Internet is disconnecting all day.

Comfort, good view from the balcony, quiet enough (only sea side !). Clean beach (but quite far). The choice in the restaurant was limited, many oversalted dishes, almost no baked goods.

Food was tasty, beach entrance is free, nice location, drinks are available entire day and night, helpful staff Rooms better need to be cleaned regularly. During stay bed linens and sheets were not replaced. Other than that, it is a good deal for the this value

nothing too bad, the food is typical, there will be no choice of either food or drink, draft beer and when you go to get it, they look at you strangely the food was terrible the bartender on the floor was not friendly

The staff were friendly and helpful. They let us stay for the free lunch after we had checked-out. Overall the location is good and comfortable. They have free access to the beach. The walk to the beach is around 5 min. The food was decent. Compared to the similar hotels in this area this hotel is a good value for money. Slightly old and worn furniture and rooms. Also, despite the good variety of food there were occasionally low-quality products. No free wifi in the rooms. If you have used Booking.com to book this hotel be prepared to pay for the room when you arrive. They do not charge you directly from Booking.com Gym is actually non-existent. it’s a small room with no A/C and lack of necessary equipment.

Good Tea available 24/7 Visibly hard working personnel in the restaurant. Lunches and dinners were fine. I rarely leave negative reviews but this hotel was seriously below 4 star expectation. It is effectively scrappy 3 stars and should be represented accordingly. No free Wi-Fi in the room in 2024 Even no ability to pay for wifi with a card , cash only payment for the internet. Poorly maintained rooms, a lot of stuff just looks old. Conflicting hotel manager. No hot water after peak morning hours. Bad smell from the water pipes in the shower. Poor breakfasts. Curtains in the room were very thin and didn't isolate the sunlight properly. Really bad instant 'coffee' in the coffee machine in the restaurant. Strictly 1 entry card for two guests. No food at 'all inclusive' beach. Noise from the water pipes in the night No electric kettle in the room(meanwhile it is promised on booking) I most probably forgot some more points and the list is not fully comprehensive. I will never return to this place, it wasn't a good experience.

Staff Almost same food, only watermelon and melon from fruits. Bad smell near hotel. Extra fee for internet. They don’t have their own parking.
