Love everything about this hotel. It’s beautifully appointed, the staff is amazing, the location perfect for getting to and from the airport (with zero airport noise). The only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer.

We needed a hotel close to the airport and ARH offered free transfers to and from. Johannesburg is a little scary at night and we were pleased to have safe transfers and to be within a gated community at the hotel. Beautiful hotel - few rooms and very comfortable and modern. Nothing - we had a brilliant stay.

Everything was great. We were surprised at the quality of food given the smallness of this boutique hotel. Also an excellent and reasonable gift shop Nothing. All was great. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa, the massage was excellent.

Good location, limited parking and breakfast was basic with limited options. No gluten fee or lactose free options. Difficult to find with poor signage. Dinner was very limited with options and was very bland. The rooms aircon was dripping inside all night so could not be used. The TV switched itself on 4 times during the night (loadshedding?) which led to a disrupted sleep. At ZAR4K / night this is not a value for money option. At that price the Intercon at ORT is a better option as is the nearby Radisson.

The staff is very helpful and the accomodation good. Neat little Spa. A bit too pricey for locals.

Excellent service food was awesome. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The place is situated in a quiet area and my guests were welcomed as well. Will definitely book again in December. N/A
