Lovely lady who assisted me so much at reception , I missed to take her name , she assisted me with late booking and with my luggage whilst checking in and with an adapter .

The staff members where nice and helpful. Ordered dinner and it was good. It's also very close to the airport. The room was too small such that the only place you can sit down is the bed, no chairs or desks. I thought the shuttle was included in the price but you have to pay extra for the shuttle to pick you from the airport.

The place was clean and it was as per the pictures, the staff was very friendly. There was nothing I did not like. Everything was ok.

The environment is calm and clean...The cleaners are always active. After checking out, the receptionist told me that I can't sit for more than 5 minutes at the reception... That is crazy and unprofessional. I had to book my Uber and go to the Airport....I was sick that day and felt like throwing up, and I wanted to relax a bit before I went but with that statement alone, shame.

It was a good location close to the airport. They communicated well and even came to get me from the airport. They were a bit late to get me from the airport. The room smelled kind of bad.

I requested a late check out and was granted an extra hour at no charge. I appreciated that alot. In winter months, it would be best to provide a kettle and a few cups in the room for a cup of hot coffee before bed to warm you up. However, the staff were very accommodating, i asked for a kettle and they did give me one to use,i had to use my own travel mug though.
