Bed comfort and price. Nothing else This property is an active public safety hazard and completely neglected by management. During my stay across rooms 211 and 324, my key card failed at check-in and staff locked us out for two hours late at night. I was actively trapped inside their malfunctioning elevator multiple times, an issue local code enforcement is now officially investigating as a life-safety hazard. Furthermore, the hotel completely breached its own security policy; the front lobby doors were left wide open and unlocked 24/7, allowing unrestricted public access off the street. To make matters worse, my room refrigerator broke, destroying $75 in groceries. Management refused an immediate replacement or room swap, even though I photographed multiple brand-new replacement refrigerators sitting unused in the hallway during checkout. Staff were openly hostile, with one employee aggressively complaining that my check-in was interrupting her break. The laundry facilities also failed to spin properly, leaving my work clothes soaking wet and making me late for my job. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

Very clean very up-to-date. Friendly staff good location. Only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable in my back hurt every night

The room was not cleaned cobwebs on the floor the bed was not comfortable. But for the price I guess it was okay would definitely not recommend

I checked in late pm. The service was horrendous, I had to call on a phone to get someone to service I took almost 2 hours to get someone in the counter. Lady was pissed asleep and not in the mood. I get it but it’s the job. Went into the hotel everything was disgustingly dirty. The room was very poorly maintained dirt and stuff everywhere. I stayed cause I had a need and I was tired. This is not a family hotel is a marijuana hotel. The minute you enter it reeks of it. The room I was in too. I’ve been in hotels around the country and this is the worst ever by far.

Don’t book this hotel, rooms are nasty saw three different rooms and all was the same. I got a refund and went to a nice hotel.

I had to switch 3 rooms .First room smelled bad .2nd room tv didn't work .3rd room toilet was broken I really feel i was over charged and need some of my payment bk .It was not worth $414

It was very poor customer service. Never had a chance to check in . Tried to pay on line it would not allow me to because I said I would pay at the property. I notified booking let them knew that I would be arriving late said it would be ok then get in and they canceled my reservation

Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena.
