The front desk area was lovely. The staff was very friendly and nice Pool and hot tub not working. Severe leak in the bathroom and had to change rooms. Dirty laundry and garbage left in the hallway all night long and was still there this morning. Keys quit working after a storm. Very inconvenient

Waited 3 hours to have a staff member let me into my room. We never got a key for room. Asked for a late check out and they couldn't even do that. I will never stay at this place again. Do better!
-
Hallway area was not clean, the lobby was hot when you walk in, and the room was not that clean
-
And here is the worst part: the pool water had turned and was dark green!!! Yuk!
-
Took 2 hours for check in they were having technical problems with room access
-
It was a good location the rooms needed to be cleaned better but the staff was accommodating
-
The pool was a swamp. All they needed were the alligators! The is no daily house keeping service. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned!
-
A large bug bite on my neck the 1st night. I couldn't identify the bug but extracted blood and inflammation from the bite on the next day.

Floors not swept Trash in hall ways

From the moment we checked in, the front desk attendant seemed more interested in discussing when she was going home than welcoming us to the hotel. The lobby and downstairs smelled strongly of mildew and were clearly undergoing some very overdue renovations. The whole experience was as dry as the towel rack—which, unfortunately, was completely empty. Our room had no towels or washcloths, and housekeeping was apparently playing an intense game of hide-and-seek… and winning.

I left before breakfast My room was very cold and there was no microwave in the rooms I had to go downstairs to warm up my food

This property has been neglected for too long. We checked in after 9 PM and all the linens were in every hall outside rooms on the floor. Had to move rooms because of horrible pot smell. Front desk staff was helpful and moved us - the only bright spot. Couldn’t believe the dirtiness of the entire property. Look elsewhere - even though it’s discounted compared to others nearby you still don’t get what you pay for.

Appealing on the surface but not well maintained or cleaned

The lobby area was beautiful ! I did not get quite a warm welcome when I checked in the hotel clerk was on the phone and never looked up to acknowledge I was standing there. I realize she was on the phone but an acknowledgment would have been great. They were short on cleaning staff so bed sheets were lined up in the hallway our entire stay which was such an eyesore,it didn’t make the hotel seem clean. The positive the room was spacious and pretty clean and the hallway was quiet. Another plus there are plenty of great food places

This place used to be a good place to stay when flying out the next day. It was always good enough, clean enough, safe enough. Nothing ever great. But always good enough and close enough to being “just below average” that it was ok for the price. Not any longer. This place has really gone down. I would not recommend it at all any longer. Having stayed there at least 6 times over the last couple of years, I’ve seen the decline. Now it’s just too far gone. No amount of savings will make it good again at this point. Needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom. Even then, I’d be pretty weary.
