The hotel is a good hotel. My biggest problem is having to pay for parking. It is not the right type of location or parking lot for this. It is a pure tax money grab. If this were in a city or with a parking garage I would understand.

Check in time was 4:00pm. I arrived at 3:53 pm. And I was told my room was not ready yet. I left and came back at 4:20 and was told again my room was not clean yet. I asked how we can make this right and the clerk said just wait. I waited until 5pm to check in to my room. By that time I had to rush to get to my destination.

Hotel staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. Hotel was dirty and smelled like mold. Room was dirty and not well maintained.

The room was clean and comfortable. The facility and grounds were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly.

There is a daily parking rate of $5 which was not in the listing. The $16 extra does not get you access to the breakfast buffet as listed, you have to pay $16 per person per day. With the extra fees and no breakfast, not worth it. Will not be staying again. Room was clean, listing was essentially false advertisement.
