Used to be our go-to when visiting Longwood Gardens. However, the quality had been diminishing in the last couple of years, but the price isn't. Breakfast has been disappointing (out of items, dirty) recently, too.

Room size and clean They had plant based milk alternatives Coffee wasn't good ?. I wish they had more dairy and meat free dishes.

Brekfast was very good…especially the fresh fruit.

Hard to get a good night's sleep.

Have to give this hotel a C, maybe a C-. After we checked in, we found that Housekeeping had not restocked our room. The bath wash and conditioner were empty and we had to wait for the next day for them to be replenished and the Kleenex box was empty. I was able to get Kleenex from the front desk. The breakfast was good and the pool area cleaned. I didn’t realize this hotel was close to a highway so we heard traffic all the time, the front desk was courteous. Would try a different hotel in the area when we come back,

Our room was on the street side of the building. The noise was so severe that we were unable to sleep!

The service was fine, people were fine but I don't think I would stay here again due to it's noise. If I did, I would at least mention at check in that I need a room that is NOT facing the busy road that we were just put in. We are Marriott Gold Members, so we stay at many different Marriotts/Fairfield Inn & Suites/Courtyards, etc. Thank you.

Very clean, friendly staff, fresh breakfast

Good price off of the busier Rt. 1 corridor, near Longwood Gardens. Equivalent to a Hampton Inn. Only one sink, only one light in bathroom (so no direct light on your face, no outlet on one side of the bed. We could not hear a bathroom fan running on the vent. Otherwise happy with our stay.

But if I’m honest I’ve had to work with Fairfield booking multiple times in the past and they always are making mistakes. They don’t book dates right, I have seen some be rude to customers, I have been mischarged at times. I have to use this hotel for local events but honestly wished I had betters options just because the front desk people. I have tried to work with sales by email and not get responses. The only good thing I have found at this place in it’s clean but it is very overpriced.

Only problem I had was the hot water didn’t stay hot enough outside of that everything was good

Clean! Most important. Comfortable, welcoming, breakfast. Smoking with ashtray immediately by front door.
