Super 8 by Wyndham Kennewick

The location and the front desk lady are the reason for 2 stars. The room was not good.. there was black gunk on the carpet, my son stepped in and it was like tar and stuck to his foot and stained it. Behind the mattress to the wall there was piles of hair, the sheets were tough as well not soft at all and the bed was mediocre. Then we went to the pool… the whole reason we booked. It was cloudy with brown floaties in the hot tub, and white chunks floating in the pool. I wouldn’t let my 3 year old swim so he was screaming crying on the way back to the room. The bathroom in the room was clean at least so that helped. I wouldn’t stay again - thankfully just passing through.

Breakfast was missing biscuits and gravy. Only one choice for yogurt, no bagels and cream cheese. Please bring them back,otherwise great

There was no Roll a Way Beds Stayed 2 nights asked for more towels never got

The room was dirty, it had hair, the toilet had poop on there. We asked for a refund or discount and they weren't able to, the drinking cups were next to the toilet, and the room was full of spiderwbs,everything was dirty

Staff was nice. The holding fee refund was only supposed to take 3-4 days to be refunded. It's been 9 days now and no refund. Im very disappointed

I love the good customer service at the front desk. I expected the room to be a little bigger.

The room was adequate with a very nice size mini fridge. We appreciated the pool, but it was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work. There wasn’t much for breakfast but the room was clean and our grandson liked the waffles.

This place was absolutely amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better stay! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was incredibly clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was so well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

Affordable and great location Overly priced vending machines. The breakfast wasn’t great. Only a couple options for a breakfast meal. Low on items like milk and juice. The eating room was lacking cleanliness. The pool and hot tub were visibly dirty.

​I had a great stay at Super 8 in Kennewick! The staff here was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The breakfast was hot, reliable, and a great way to start the morning. On top of that, the pool and spa area was amazing and so relaxing. ​Everything exceeded expectations—we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Room was clean, there was plenty of parking, and staff friendly. The negatives were the pool looked extremely cloudy, not the greatest breakfast, and our air conditioner was loud

Very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea. Microwave, accessible ice, 24/7 front desk made check in worry free. The pool was indoors. Good yogurt brand for the breakfast There were some ants in our room in the morning

Lots of movement coming and going all night long. Comfortable bed just noisy. Breakfast was really minimal.
