The type of room, the cleanliness, the service, the food, the location and access to surrounding shops. The Noise of construction coming from behind our room until late at night, the room doesn't have instant Gas/Electric HOT WATER system, because of cloudy conditions the solar panels didn't supply water.

It was a lovely place for a holiday! I stayed in villa 6 and the pool was great and the bed was super comfortable, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very nice and I liked that you could have it ordered whatever time you liked in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, pool were second to none for the price. Definitely coming back. Not much not to like if I had to pick something maybe the distance to shops.

Breakfast was fantastic. This was our second stay, and overall the experience was great. While the lady at reception wasn’t as warm as the other staff we’ve encountered, everyone else was brilliant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. "The private villa pool needed cleaning and wasn’t ready when we arrived—we had to wait 6–8 hours before it was usable. However, the shared pool in the complex was clean and a great alternative.

The villa was clean and well maintained. The staff we're wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. They even got my son a birthday cake and sung happy birthday to him as a surprise. The location was a little out of the main area walking wise but still nice and quiet.

The Villa Is beautiful and the Staffs are very accommodating! Even we canceled the birthday surprise, they did surprise us without any doubt. Thanks for that staffs! Well done! The property Is clean and beautiful!

Staff were lovely and friendly, and they also arranged for birthday decorations and a cake to present on arrival (additional cost of 500k rupiah, $50 AUD). Breakfast is ordered the night before and delivered to your room in the morning. There are limited options available and it was basic but tasty. Shuttle available for airport pick up / drop offs, and also drop offs into Seminyak during the day. Villa was spacious and clean. Kitchen on site is only open in the mornings at the moment as they are struggling for staff, however you can order food through grab eats and have it delivered to your villa at any time of day. We had some great local food delivered for 12,000 rupiah ($12 AUD). Swimming pool area in the villa was a bit grubby, the walls around the villa pool could do with a good clean. A mirror on the wall in the bedroom would be useful.

We had a brilliant stay, we loved the villa, the pool, and the breakfast was great. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again in the future.

The staff were fantastic! All so friendly and really looked after us. The pool was fabulous, really large for your own use and we loved it. The location was great, being in Seminyak but on the edge so away from the noise. The property itself is a bit tired. The rooms need some attention to bring up to a nicer standard and really is just due to aging. The facilities were very basic with only the bare minimum provided in the kitchen area. A bottle opener is definitely needed, especially at there is beer in the fridge for extra cost. Also the reception area really needs a fan to move the air around as it got really hot here when waiting for our transport and this was in low season so I imagine in high season it would become extremely hot.

Website and Booking.com Due to the rain the walking track was slippery, couldn’t use our private swimming pool as it was dirty due to rain and wasn’t cleaned for our use. I also didn’t like the breakfast much- the taste of it except fruits and juice.
