Bathrooms to be better, proper working showers. Cleaner rooms.

Amazing lap pool. Great breakfast and coffee two doors away at Moodest. Need some umbrellas around roof top pool when hot in middle of day (as shown on pic on website when hotel was new). Building is showing age,

Centrally located on the main street but is not disturbing. Multiple grocery stores and spas around. The bed was huge! can easily fit 2 adults and a child if need be. Extremely clean hotel

We came in with no expectations and found the rooms to be pretty comfortable and the staff were so polite and kind enough to cater to our requests! Location is really excellent, you're in the centre of most things in Seminyak and this deal was very much a bang for your buck so would absolutely recommend for an affordable and comfy stay! Rooftop pool could use extra lighting especially for those who might want to swim at night.

The rooms were always kept clean, it was in a good location and the staff were amazing. No complaints it was a good stay will definitely stay again if i visit bali The towels provided looked very old maybe change them. Also the sun-beds near the pool were very dirty

Slightly moldy bathrooms, but no smell

The bathtub was oke. The lobby looked good. The bed was good. The room was spacious. It was very noisy, could hear people talk, the house keeping while laying on bed. The pools didn't look so nice. The staff was not so nice at the reception.

Bathtube is so high, not comfortable to take shower

We really enjoyed the central location. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Not far from the beaches and had plenty of fun activities to do nearby. The rooms were plenty big with such a nice cool room-AC worked well. The beds were COMFORTABLE and Pristine condition. The only complaint I had was the bathrooms could use a better drainage system some of the water from the shower got caught on the side of the tub and would collect, noticing some build up over time of this happening often. However staff kept the areas cleaned daily and did a phenomenal job making sure our rooms were tidy and clean.

Excellent all round

Pool was lovely, and the room nice. Breakfast had a lot of different nationality food. Obviously catering for tourists from different countries. Attached restaurant was expensive.

hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff very kind and helpful. great location within walking distance to great restaurant, shops, and many attractions.

The staff is very friendly, easy to talk to. They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help us find local spots. It was great experience and very good service.

Very comfortable place. Friendly staff. Lovely pillows. Pool excellent. S sitting by the pool, a gust of wind picked up, then heaps of rusty metal started falling all over 7 of us and into the pool. A piece landed on my husbands toe and drew blood. I informed the desk staff and they weren't too interested. Simply said "yes mum we are doing improvements on the roof" nothing else. Very bad indeed. I even suggested they should have signs up there. Nah nothing. Like they didn't care
